トレイを搬送自在に支持するガイドを有し、前記
それぞれの練り製品を同時に加熱する電極板が設
けられた加熱ステージと、加熱終了後の練り製品
を支持する排出ステージとを有する練り製品の加
熱装置において、前記排出ステージに隣接して配
置された製品受け部に向けて加熱終了後の練り製
品を搬送するプツシヤーを、前記排出ステージに
往復動自在に設け、前記トレイ上のそれぞれの練
り製品の温度を測定する温度センサーを前記プツ
シヤーに設け、前記練り製品を前記排出ステージ
から前記製品受け部に搬送する過程で前記加熱終
了後の練り製品の温度を検出するようにしたこと
