層が共押出しされて成り、表層の熱可塑性ポリウ
レタン樹脂層の厚みが10〜50μmであること
を特徴とする柔軟性多層フイルム。 2 表層の熱可塑性ポリウレタン樹脂がJIS硬

ルム。 3 中間層のガスバリヤー性樹脂がエチレン酢酸
ビニル共重合体けん化物であり、且つエチレンモ
ル含有量が44%〜20%の共重合体を90%以
