Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ シリンダケース１の外周面に形成されたセン
    サ装着溝３に装着されるセンサケース５に取付突
    部１０を形成し、該取付突部１０には、固定用ボ
    ルト１４を挿入するためのボルト挿入孔１０ａを
    形成し、該ボルト挿入孔１０ａには前記固定用ボ
    ルト１４の頭部１４ａを覆う防塵カバー１５を取
    り外し可能に嵌合したことを特徴とするシリンダ
    におけるセンサの塵埃保護構造。 ２ シリンダケース１の外周面に形成されたセン
    サ装着溝３に装着されるセンサケース５に取付突
    部１０を形成し、該取付突部１０には、固定用ボ
    ルト１４を挿入するためのボルト挿入孔１０ａを
    形成し、前記センサケース５には前記ボルト挿入
    孔１０ａを開閉する防塵カバー１５を取着したこ
    とを特徴とするシリンダにおけるセンサの塵埃保
    護構造。
