壁、３０は基台、３１は絶縁ブロツク、３２は絶
縁板、３３は押え板、３３１は突片、３４は調整
ねじ、４０は板状バイメタル、５０は反転ばね板
、５１は可動接点、６０は固定接点板、６１は固
定接点、７０は絶縁性接着層を示す。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 絶縁材料で作られると共に１端を開口した断面
    矩形の細長いケースと、このケース内に挿入され
    る基板と、この基板に上記ケースの開放側に位置
    する様設けられた基台と、上記基台を固定するべ
    く上記ケースの開口部に充填された絶縁性接着層
    とを備え、上記基板は長手方向に沿つた１方側縁
    に、上記ケースの内室の高さより若干低いガイド
    壁を形成し、上記基台は、上記基板に固定される
    絶縁ブロツクを有すると共に、この絶縁ブロツク
    の上には固定接点板、絶縁板、板状バイメタル及
    び導電性押え板を順次重合固定して、上記ケース
    の開口部を密に閉塞する栓状ブロツク体を形成し
    、上記接着層は上記栓状ブロツク体を埋没する様
    に上記ケースの開口部に充填形成し、上記固定接
    点板と上記板状バイメタルとは夫々１端を上記基
    板と並行状に延出すると共に、上記押え板には上
    記板状バイメタルの上方へ延出する突片を設け、
    上記基板には、中央部を基板に固定されると共に
    、１端を上記固定接点板と並行状に対向し、又他
    端を上記板状バイメタルの自由端に押圧される様
    に延出した反転ばね板を設け、上記反転ばね板の
    上記固定接点板と対向する１端には可動接点を設
    けると共に上記固定接点板には上記可動接点と接
    離する固定接点を設け、上記基台の押え板には、
    下端を上記板状バイメタルの基部に当接する調整
    ねじをその下端が出没自在となる様に螺合して、
    この調整ねじで板状バイメタルを予め基部におい
    て所望量屈曲せしめ得る様に構成したコントロー
    ル型サーモスタツト。
