Traditionally, various materials such as metal, plastic, inorganic materials, and wood have been used for walls, especially exterior walls, but in recent years, inorganic materials such as cement and calcium silicate have become widely used with an emphasis on durability. I'm getting old. As shown in Fig. 1, in order to construct the wall material 1 using this inorganic material, the general method is to nail the inorganic material formed into a desired shape directly to the base or to a rim provided on the base. It is carried out according to

In addition, in order to facilitate positioning of the wall material 1, a continuous protrusion 2 is provided on the upper surface of the wall material 1, and a concave notch 3 is provided on the opposite lower surface of the wall material 1 so that the protrusion 2 faces the protrusion 2. It is performed to make it face the recessed notch part 3.

By the way, according to this construction method, since the nails are driven into the base or the frame, if you are not careful when nailing, you may damage the wall by hitting the wall material 1 or driving too many nails 4. Material 1 was often destroyed.

Furthermore, if the wall material 1 once constructed is damaged for some reason, it is extremely difficult to remove the nails 4 and replace a portion of the wall material 1. In particular, when the protrusion 2 and the recessed part 3 face each other, it is a fact that the nail 4 must be removed because the nailing part is usually housed within the facing part and is not visible from the surface. Therefore, it is extremely difficult to replace the wall material 1.

In addition, when the wall material 1 is directly fixed to the base, if moisture penetrates from the opposing part of the wall material 1, it will stay inside and will not evaporate. Therefore, it had a serious drawback that the base gradually deteriorated.

The present invention solves the above-mentioned conventional problems of difficulty in construction and replacement, and by providing an air layer between the wall material and the foundation, it has good insulation properties and can easily drain water that has penetrated. By having a structure in which it flows down or evaporates, the durability of the base layer is also improved.

In the construction method of the wall material of the present invention, a continuous protrusion is provided on the upper surface side, a groove facing the protrusion is continuously provided on the lower surface side, and a recessed part is continuously provided in the horizontal direction on the back surface. This is a method of constructing the installed wall material on the base surface, and in order to form an air layer between the base surface and the back surface of the wall material, a retainer that protrudes forward from the base surface and extends in the vertical direction is used. A fastener is provided on the base surface, and the fastener is provided with hook portions projecting forward at predetermined intervals, and the recessed notch of the wall material is inserted and locked into the hook portion. In addition, the construction is characterized in that the wall materials are stacked one after another so that the grooves on the lower surface face the protrusions on the upper surface of the lower wall materials.

Although the material of the wall material 5 is not particularly limited, an extrusion molded product of cement, calcium silicate, or the like is optimal in terms of durability and formability. Also,
The fastening device 10 can be made from materials such as metal, plastic, wood, cement, etc., and can be independent from the base 9 as in the illustrated embodiment, or can be integrally formed with the base 9. good. The key is to position the back surface of the wall material 5 a required distance forward from the surface of the base 9 so that an air layer exists between the part of the wall material 5 facing the recessed part 8 and between the base 9 and the wall material 5. It suffices if it is configured as a forward protruding body for the purpose. Although not shown, it goes without saying that a waterproof sheet may be interposed between the base 9 and the locking tool 10, or a rim may be provided.

The locking tool 10 used in this embodiment has a U-shaped horizontal cross section, and includes a back plate portion 11c that contacts the base surface 9, and a pair of back plate portions 11c that extend forward from the back plate portion 11c. It has rising portions 11a and 11b. The hook portion 1 extends further forward from the front edges of the rising portions 11a and 11b.

In this embodiment, the abutting portions 12 of the wall materials 5 adjacent to each other on the left and right are located between both side surfaces on which the locking tool 10 stands. That is, the abutting portion 12 is connected to the locking tool 10.
By positioning it between each of the rising parts 11a and 11b, the locking tool 10 can collect moisture such as rainwater that inevitably enters from the abutting part 12 and drain it to the lower part.

As mentioned above, the method for constructing wall materials according to the present invention is as follows:
The recessed part of the wall material is inserted and locked into the hook part, and the groove on the bottom side of the wall material is made to face the protrusion on the top side of the wall material on the lower stage side, so construction is easy and positioning is easy. No need to worry about accuracy,
Due to the fasteners, large dimensional differences in the wall material itself can be easily accommodated.

What's more, since it is fixed with fasteners and protrusions on the wall material instead of nailing it into the base like in the past, even if some of the wall materials are damaged, they can be easily removed and replaced with new wall materials. and can be easily repaired.

Additionally, since there is an air layer between the base and wall materials, it becomes a natural ventilation structure. Therefore, moisture that has entered through the abutting portions etc. evaporates easily. As a result, moisture will not impregnate and be trapped in the base, causing deterioration of the base.

Furthermore, as shown in Fig. 5, by using a locking tool with a U-shaped horizontal cross section and positioning the abutting parts of the wall materials between both sides of the fastening tool, it is possible to The rainwater that percolates can be collected with a locking device and drained to the bottom. As a result, moisture that inevitably permeates can be drained to the outside without almost contacting the base etc., and a wall surface with excellent durability can be constructed.
