Claims (1)
- 物体に断続光が照射された際に生じる物体及び
その周囲の圧力変動を音として検出するマイクロ
フオンを用いた光音響セルにおいて、前記物体を
設置する密閉された試料室内の気体を低温高圧に
するための冷却機構と加圧機構を備えた構成とし
たことを特徴とする光音響セル。
