  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 加圧流体供給源からの加圧流体を圧力容器に送
    り、この圧力容器内で加圧処理を行う加圧処理装
    置に用いられる空気抜き装置であつて、 前記圧力容器に接続された管路、 この管路に接続された常開型の開閉弁、および 前記管路に接続され前記圧力容器から開閉弁を
    経て供給される加圧流体がこれら管路内および開
    閉弁内を満たしたことを検出して前記開閉弁を閉
    駆動する空気抜き制御手段 を有することを特徴とする空気抜き装置。
