トと前記軸受部材の中央に同心状に配置されて前
記軸受部材に固定されたステータ側コイルとの間
でモータを構成する動圧空気軸受モータにおいて
、前記回転体と前記軸受部材とで形成される内部
空間を実質的な密閉空間とする一方、前記内部空
間とモータ外部とを連通させる溝を構成部材同士
が突合せられる面のいずれかに形成したことを特
徴とする動圧空気軸受モータ。 (2) 回転体とこの回転体を収容する円筒状の軸
受部材とを嵌合させて前記回転体の外周面と前記
軸受部材の内周面との間で動圧空気軸受を構成す
ると共に前記回転体の内周面に取付けたマグネツ
トと前記軸受部材の中央に同心状に配置されて前
記軸受部材に固定されたステータ側コイルとの間
でモータを構成する動圧空気軸受モータにおいて
