Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 弁本体の内部に形成した筒状空間の周壁に
、弁本体の上流側通路と連通する孔と下流側通路
と連通する孔を設け、前記筒状空間内に、縮径可
能な弾性を有し、内部に作用する上流側圧力によ
つて筒状空間の内周面に圧着し、孔の連通を遮断
する弾性スリーブを組込んだ流量調整弁。 (2) 弾性スリーブの内側に、縮径した弾性スリ
ーブを保形するセンターステムを配置し、このセ
ンターステムにパイロツト圧力の通路を設けた請
求項(1)に記載の流量調整弁。
