とするものである。

、塗工ムラとなる事を防止できる。

ウェブ1上へ塗布される。ウェブlが低濃度液塗工用ロ
ール7からアプリケータロール5に搬送されるまでの間

上の塗工液2の膜が撹拌され、またウェブ1上の塗工液
2の膜の流動性が改善されて液膜厚のレベリングが行わ
れるため、リングパターン等の塗工膜厚ムラに起因する
塗工品質の低下を解消することが可能となる。なお、低
濃度塗工液の塗布装置としては、本実施例に示した様な
ロール方式の他に、スプレ一方式、カーテンコート方式
等も考えられる。
