DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Field of Industrial Application] This invention relates to the foundation structure of a building in which a high-rise building and a low-rise building are integrally connected.

In the construction of skyscrapers, surrounding low-rise buildings are often connected to the lower floors or basement floors. In such cases, if a structure is constructed in which the high-rise building and surrounding low-rise buildings, which have different vibration characteristics during an earthquake, are connected together, the vibrations will be different both horizontally and vertically, so A large force acts in the horizontal and vertical directions, causing boundary parts to break, surrounding low-rise buildings to be dragged and deformed by high-rise buildings, and low-rise parts, foundations, and especially piles of surrounding low-rise buildings with low resistance to strength to be damaged. It will be destroyed.

Therefore, conventionally, an expansion joint is often provided between a high-rise building and a low-rise building to structurally separate the two. However, this structure requires two or more columns to be installed at the boundary between a high-rise building and a low-rise building, which is often very inconvenient for architectural structural planning and plan planning.

This invention was devised to solve the above-mentioned problems, and is a structure in which low-rise buildings are integrally built around high-rise buildings, especially super-high-rise buildings, and each is supported by foundation piles. The pile heads of the foundation piles of high-rise buildings are rigidly fixed, but the fixation of the pile heads to the foundation base of low-rise buildings can be loosened, for example, semi-fixed or essentially pin-jointed. The structure is designed to absorb the forced displacement of the foundation base that is dragged by the displacement of high-rise buildings during earthquakes.

以下その詳細を実施例に基いて説明する。 The details will be explained below based on examples.

Figure 1 shows an outline of a building in which this invention is practiced, in which a high-rise building B is integrally built with a low-rise building B built around a high-rise building A. A high-rise building A is supported by completely fixing the pile heads of foundation piles 1, such as large-diameter field-built piles, to the foundation base 2, which are built up to the support ground C.

In the low-rise building B, the fixation of the pile heads of the foundation piles 3, such as ready-made piles, is loosened to absorb forced displacement of the foundation base.

In Figure 2, the pile head of the foundation pile 3 is submerged by approximately 10 cm into the foundation base 4 such as footing.
Rather than using conventional anchor reinforcing bars, approximately 5 thick frame reinforcing bars are used. As a result, no bending moment is transmitted, but shear force and vertical force are transmitted, and it is essentially a pin joint.

In addition, since the ability to transmit the shear force that causes crack failure in the foundation pile bottom plate 4 is reduced, hoop-shaped crack prevention reinforcing bars 6 are arranged in the concrete around the swallowing of the pile head. In addition, code 7 is plug concrete, 8

In FIG. 3, a slit 9 is formed between the pile head of the foundation pile 3 and the foundation base 4. This slit is filled with caulking material to ensure durability. Also in this case, thick reinforcing bars 5 and crack prevention reinforcing bars 6 are arranged.

This invention has the above-mentioned structure, and since the fixedness of the pile head of a low-rise building that is integrally attached to a high-rise building is loosened and is semi-fixed or substantially pin-jointed, it is possible to prevent problems caused by earthquakes in high-rise buildings. It is possible to absorb the forced displacement of the foundation base caused by the displacement and to minimize its impact on low-rise buildings.
