In order to do this, it is necessary to provide a planar area that is large enough to fit inside the washing tub, which limits the ability to make electric washing machines smaller.

A cylindrical wire mesh inner basket, an upper lid with a circulating water inlet/outlet and an air valve that can seal the upper part of the outer cylinder while maintaining waterproofness, and a wire mesh inner lid for the inner basket is held inside with a support rod, and a lower part of the outer cylinder. It consists of a jet pump unit equipped with a multi-blade propeller blade that is installed in a waterproof manner and is rotatable in forward and reverse directions to generate a swirling jet in the washing liquid filled inside the outer cylinder, and a drive unit having a circulating water inlet and outlet. The washing tub and the control box that automatically controls the injection, circulation, and discharge of water into the washing tub and the operation of the jet pump unit are connected with hoses and electric cords to create a closed circulation circuit for washing water. The above objectives have been achieved.

いる。(Function) The jet flow automatic reversal type washing method and washing machine of the present invention having the above-mentioned configuration consist of three parts: a washing tub having an outer cylinder, a driving part thereof, and a separate control device part that supplies washing water. Inside the sealed vertical cylindrical outer cylinder, there is a liquid cleaning action by a swirling jet that alternately reverses and repeatedly flows upwards and downwards, and a mesh-like upper and lower interior that holds the laundry. This is a new washing method that combines a type of washing action in which jets are alternately pressed strongly against the laundry on both sides to prevent damage to the laundry while providing excellent cleaning power.

Because it is a method that combines two effective washing actions, it is possible to wash even in a small cylinder, and it has the feature of making it possible to miniaturize a fully automatic electric washing machine to the point where it can be carried. .

Since this is a washing method, it is necessary to provide a sufficient amount of flat space in the washing tub to generate water flow, and this is one of the obstacles to downsizing electric washing machines. (15 to 30 seconds) Damage caused by being continuously pulled in one direction, such as socks, pants, briefs, etc. that get very dirty and need to be washed every day.
This can be said to be a harsh washing method for small items such as pantyhose that have weak rubber knit parts.

In combination with another effective cleaning action, the strong pressing action (a kind of rubbing action) of jets on the mesh-like upper and lower surfaces of the inner shoulder, the rubber knitting part of the laundry will not be damaged (and , a uniform and excellent washing effect can be obtained.

The water first flows from the bottom to the top in a swirling jet, stirring and dissolving the detergent, and pushing the laundry in the inner shoulder 4 up from the bottom while twisting along the swirling jet, creating a mesh-like shape in the inner shoulder. Washing begins with strong liquid flow and pressing action. These two washing actions are reversed and repeated at short time intervals (approximately 2 to 3 second intervals) under timer control, so that the rotational speed of the multi-blade propeller blades 11B of the pump stops and reverses before it becomes too high. In addition, the laundry inside the inner shoulder 4 is alternately and strongly pressed against the mesh-like upper and lower surfaces of the inner shoulder 4 while repeating twisting and returning from the bottom to the top and from the top to the bottom. As a result, a type of massaging is performed, and uniform washing is effectively carried out in a short time (about 3 minutes for men's socks, briefs, etc.) without damaging the fabric.

When the drainage electromagnetic valve 24 is energized and opened just before the end of the process, the washing waste liquid is forcibly discharged at first, and outside air is introduced into the nearly sealed outer cylinder l through the air valve 10 at the top of the top cover 9. (At the top of the upper cover 9 of the outer cylinder 1, which is the only inlet for introducing air into the sealed circulating water circuit even if the drain electromagnetic valve 24 is opened. It is difficult for outside air to be introduced from the air valve 10 in its natural state).

It also rotates at high speed to centrifugally dewater the laundry waste liquid remaining on the laundry.

When this valve 22 opens and purified water for washing is supplied, and the circulating water circuit such as the inside of the outer cylinder 1 and the inside of the hose is filled, the electromagnetic valve 22 closes and water supply stops, and at the same time, the drive motor 5 of the jet pump unit 3 is energized. Then, washing with water is performed in the order of washing action and collar opening described in (b) above (required time: about 30 seconds).

8 rotates and opens while the water in the outer cylinder 1 constituting the washing tub flows from top to bottom, forcing water to drain for only about 2 seconds, allowing natural drainage after the multi-blade propeller blade 18 stops. The operation to facilitate washing is the same as the operation described in (b) above, and at the same time as draining is completed, the motor 6 dedicated to rotating the inner basket 4 times is energized to rotate the inner shoulder 4 at high speed to remove the washing residual liquid contained in the laundry. The process of centrifugal dehydration is also the same as that described in (c) above.

Cut off (rOFFj)
After that, all you have to do is open the top lid of the washing tub and take out the laundry inside. Since these configurations are well known, their explanation will be omitted.

When the dedicated motor 6 is energized, the inner shoulder 4 rotates at high speed in one direction as in the case of centrifugal dehydration, and the airflow generated by the rotation of the protrusion of the outer frame a of the inner shoulder 4 flows into a spiral shape on the inner wall of the outer cylinder 1. The protruding line 8 guides the spiral upward airflow, creating a whirlwind that blows upwards from the bottom inside the outer cylinder 1, giving buoyancy to the dehydrated laundry inside the inner shoulder 4 while exposing it to a strong airflow and cooling it. Drying takes place.

The inside of the laundry is filled with washing liquid, generating a swirling jet that repeatedly reverses in the vertical direction, and moves the laundry up and down according to the flow, twisting and returning the laundry to wash the liquid, and at the same time wash the inside of the inside. This method is characterized by adding a massaging action by pressing the laundry onto the upper and lower mesh surfaces with a jet stream, so that laundry can be washed effectively in a short period of time without damaging the laundry.

帯可能な小さな寸法にすることが出来る利点がある。By controlling the forward and reverse rotation of the multi-blade propeller blades, a fast swirling jet is generated in the outer cylinder that reverses and repeatedly flows in the vertical direction, and the laundry inside the inner crocodile is twisted and returned by this fast swirling jet. In addition to applying water to the washing machine, the upper and lower surfaces of the mesh-like interior are strongly pressed by jets, so squeezing washing and massaging washing can be performed at the same time, providing excellent cleaning performance and preventing damage to the laundry. can,
Another advantage is that by removing three hose connections, including the water faucet, it can be divided into two parts, the washing tub and the control device, and can be made small and easily portable.
