BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION There have been attempts to use glittering materials such as shells and diffraction grating replica films as accessories for clothing and other accessories. However, these break easily and are difficult to apply directly to fabrics.
Therefore, it has been practiced to line the fabric with paper and attach it to the fabric, but this method cannot be washed. Also,
Stitching could be considered, but this was not practical as the paper would easily tear at the seams and the glitter material would also break easily.

Structure of the Invention The sheet of the present invention has a glittering thin layer adhered to the surface of the base fabric, and a see-through thin fabric is glued on top of the thin layer, and the glittering thin layer is bonded to the base fabric. The adhesive used for the adhesive is a hot melt resin, and the adhesive oozes out onto the back side of the base fabric when the glittering thin layer is bonded, and the adhesive of the thin fabric to the thin layer is provided on the thin fabric. The present invention is characterized in that substantially no excess adhesive is present on the glittering thin layer exposed through the gaps between the thin cloths.

That is, the present invention uses a glittering thin layer such as a shell flake, a diffraction grating replica film, a gold and silver foil, and a polarized glitter film made by laminating paint, which is sandwiched between two pieces of fabric. Because it is used for long-lasting use, it can be used stably without worrying about cracking or peeling when washed. Furthermore, the back of the base fabric exudes an adhesive for bright thin layer adhesion. using adhesive,
The sheet of the present invention can be temporarily adhered to a predetermined position to be attached, and the sheet can be easily sewn together using a sewing machine or the like. Furthermore, since the glittering thin layer can be seen through the coarse thin cloth to adjust its glittering color, it exhibits a very attractive color tone, resulting in a sheet for appliqué with excellent design effects.

Note that this thin cloth is also adhered to the glittering thin layer using an adhesive such as hot melt resin, but at this time, the adhesive is applied so as not to adhere to the surface of the glittering thin layer that is exposed through the thin cloth. Therefore, it is possible to obtain a highly durable and glittering product without contaminating the surface of the glittering thin layer exposed on the surface during use.

In the present invention, any woven or knitted fabric made of natural and/or chemical fibers can be used as the base fabric, but a thin fabric with a tight weave is easier to handle from the viewpoint of adhesion and stitchability. For example, it is preferable to use a thin woven fabric such as a thin habutae or crepe de chine, or a stretchable thin knitted fabric such as tricot.

When adhering the base fabric and the glittery thin layer, impregnating the base fabric with an adhesive will harden and deteriorate the texture, so it is best to apply an adhesive to the back of the glittery thin layer and use a heat seal method to bond it. preferable. At the time of adhesion, it is preferable to apply pressure and heat so that the adhesive oozes out in dots on the back surface of the base fabric.

Next, a thin cloth such as gauze or silk is laminated on the glittering thin layer.
It is preferable to use a gauze fabric with a regular grain, and the adhesive should be applied to the back side of the thin fabric so that no adhesive remains on the surface of the sheet after adhesion (i.e., on the surface of the glittering thin layer exposed between the weaves of the thin fabric). In addition, it is preferable to apply the adhesive so that the adhesive is present only on the surface of the threads constituting the thin cloth.

Example 1 A silk cloth called Export Habutae with a width of 73 cm x 1 m, after scouring (with 12 momme), was coated with base fabric 1 and heat-sensitive adhesive 2 on the back side. A glittering thin layer 3 made of shell foil (Raden) was adhered by a heat sealing method and dried under heat and pressure, and then a thin layer of heat-sensitive adhesive 2' was applied to the glittering surface of the glittering thin layer 3 and the back side. A thin cloth 4 was attached using a heat sealing method and heated and pressurized to obtain a glittering sheet in which the bright color of the seashell was beautifully exposed through the gaps between the thin cloths 4. As the thin cloth 4, a gauze cloth with 10 stitches of 10 cm/m was used.

Normally, it is extremely difficult to suture objects with such a small shape, but with this product, the adhesive that seeps out on the back side works to prevent the position of the suture from shifting.
It was possible to obtain a beautiful blouse with a high-quality pearl-like two-color embroidery pattern that was easy to work with and had excellent brightness.

Example 2 A tricot white fabric using 50D polyester fiber was used as the base fabric 1, two types of polarizing film, a diffraction grating replica and a coating film lamination, were used for the glittering thin layer 3, and a gauze fabric with 70 stitches for 10 mm was used as the thin fabric. A bright live sheet having a noble bright color with reduced brightness was obtained in the same manner as in Example 1, except that Sample No. 4 was used. Cut each sheet into 10mm x 100mm,
It was sewn onto the fabric to create a striped pattern.
