Claims (1)
類若しくは2種類以上からなるフイラーと、強化
繊維と、バインダとしてフエノール樹脂とを含む
摩擦材であつて、 前記フイラーに含まれる前記ダクト、前記固体
潤滑材及び前記金属粉のうち1種類若しくは2種
類以上の表面に、前記フエノール樹脂とぬれ性の
良い樹脂皮膜が形成されていることを特徴とする
摩擦材。 (2) 前記樹脂皮膜がフエノール樹脂、エポキシ
樹脂、アミノ樹脂、ジアリルフタレート樹脂及び
ブチラール樹脂のうちいずれか1種類若しくは2
種類以上からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記
載の摩擦材。 (3) 前記フイラーの表面に、該フイラーの総重
量に対して1重量%〜5重量%の前記樹脂皮膜が
形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1若しく
は請求項2に記載の摩擦材。 (4) 前記固体潤滑剤がグラフアイト及びマイカ
及び金属硫化物のうちいずれか1種類若しくは2
種類以上からなり、 前記ダストが、メラミンダスト、カシユーダス
ト及びフエノールダストのうち1種類若しくは2
種類以上を含み、 前記金属粉が、銅、銅−亜鉛合金、ステンレス
鋼、鉄、アルミニウム、亜鉛、ニツケル、クロム
のうち1種類若しくは2種類以上を含むことを特
徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載
