  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 便器本体の後部に配されたボツクス、便器
    本体の上面に固定された便座、便座の後部であつ
    てボツクスの前方に位置するヒンジを介して便座
    に開閉自在に支持される便蓋、便蓋のヒンジ側の
    後縁より突出する突片、ボツクスの前面であつて
    便蓋を起した時ヒンジより下方で突片に係合する
    受片とを有する便器。 (2) 受片がボツクスのほぼ中央に位置し且つ弾
    性変形可能であり、ボツクスの後方にロータンク
    が位置する請求項(1)の便器。
