Abstract

PURPOSE:To effectively utilize the ground and to facilitate the operation of a forklift, in an automatic warehouse comprising a stacker crane and a pair of front and rear racks each having multistoried-storing shelves, by juxtaposing goods-transferring tables to the racks so as to be movable backward and forward. CONSTITUTION:A goods-transferring table 13 is juxtaposed to a rack 1 so as to be capable of being moved backward and forward by rails 14 whose longitudinal direction is directed backward and forward. And, the goods-transferring table 13 is moved back and forth as much as approximately 10 to 20cm by a hydraulic cylinder 15 that has been housed in the dead space between the lowermost goodsstoring shelves 2 and the floor. When a forklift 11 approaches the goods-transferring table 13, the table 13 is separated from the traveling passage of a stacker crane 4. Thus, the forklift 11 can be traveled apart from a safety fence 9, so that the operation thereof can be facilitated.

(Prior Art) Conventionally, an automatic warehouse as shown in FIG. 1 is known. In other words, the front and rear panels have a large number of article storage shelves 2 on the top and bottom, left and right sides, which are provided at a predetermined interval in the front and back direction (the front refers to the lower side in Figure 1, and the rear refers to the upper side in the same figure). A pair of racks 1, a stacker crane 4 provided so as to be able to move left and right between the front and rear racks 1, and an article tray provided on the right side of the 1 front and rear racks 1 are connected to a transfer platform 8 and It has left and right safety fences 9 surrounding the running path to prevent people from entering the running path. An automatic warehouse is known which has a sliding fork 6, which is a loading device, and is hydraulically movable in either the front or rear direction.

(Operation of Prior Art) In the automated warehouse, the articles W stored in the article storage shelves 2 are once placed on the transfer table 8 by a forklift 11, and then moved to a predetermined article storage area by the stacker crane 4. It is stored on shelf 2. Conversely, the articles W on the article storage shelf 2 are once lowered onto the transfer stand 8 by the stacker crane 4, and then transported out by the forklift 11.

(Disadvantages of the Prior Art) As shown in FIG. 1, the automated warehouse is one in which a large number of sets are provided, with front and rear racks 1 being one set, and the racks 1 of these sets being lined up in the front and back direction. Therefore, when the forklift 11 approaches the transfer platform 8, the goods receiver
It was impossible to approach from the front and rear, and the vehicle had no choice but to approach from the left and right. In addition, the goods can be received at the delivery table 8.
The same thing happened when I left.

点があった。
By the way, in an automated warehouse, in order to facilitate the transfer of goods W between the slide fork 6 and the transfer platform 8, the transfer platform 8 is placed as close to the running path of the stacker crane 4 as possible. Accordingly, in order to facilitate the right and left movement of the forklift 11 that carries out the transfer, the article W receiver is provided between the article receptacle and the transfer table 8.
Safety fence 9 is also installed as much as possible (to avoid collision with stacker crane 4).
(within a range that does not interfere with the stacker crane 4). However, there is a limit to how close the safety fence 9 can be to the traveling road side of the stacker crane 4, so in reality, when the goods receiver approaches and moves away from the transfer platform 8, the driver must be aware that the forklift 11 will come into contact with the safety fence 9. The forklift) 11 will be driven along the safety fence 9 in a situation where the forklift) 1
The disadvantage is that the forklift 11 must be operated at low speed while being careful not to collide with the safety fence 9.

Embodiment 1 (See FIG. 2) An article receiving and passing table 13 is placed on a rail 14 whose longitudinal direction is oriented in the front-rear direction, and is movable back and forth. The article receiving and passing table 13 is driven by a fluid pressure cylinder 15 or the like housed in a dead space between the lowermost article storage shelf 2 of the rack l and the floor surface. In addition, the forward and backward movement of the transfer table 13 for the goods receiver is 10 to 20 cm.
A certain amount is enough.

■According to the invention of claim 1, since the article tray is provided with a transfer table that can be moved back and forth, when the forklift approaches the article tray, the article tray moves the article tray to the star 7.
By moving the forklift away from the car crane travel path, the forklift can be moved left and right away from the safety fence, making it easier to operate compared to conventional methods. The space for the adjacent goods can also be used as a transfer platform, so the land can be used effectively.

■請求項2の発明によれば、物品量は渡し台が水平回転

According to the invention of claim 2, since the transfer table is provided so as to be horizontally rotatable, when the forklift approaches the transfer table, the amount of articles can be controlled by horizontally rotating the transfer table. Since the forklift can be moved left and right at a position away from the safety fence, it is easier to drive than in the past.
