前端部と爪が形成されたロアカバー前端部とが重
ね合わされる状態を示す説明図である。 １はミドルカバー（第１カバー）、１ａはミド
ルカバー前端部（第１前端部）、２はロアカバー
（第２カバー）、２ａはロアカバー前端部（第２
前端部）、３ａ〜３ｃは爪（係合部材）、４はブ
ラケツト、６はボルトボス部（係合部）、７は固
定ボルト（固定手段）、８ａ〜８ｄは支持リブで
ある。

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 第１カバーの第１前端部に第２カバーの第２
    前端部をエンジン本体側から重ねてこのエンジン
    本体に装着される分割構成のタイミングベルトカ
    バー構造において、 上記第２カバーにおける第２前端部の近傍に、
    この第２カバーを上記エンジン本体に固定するた
    めの固定手段の係合部が設けられると共に、この
    係合部と上記第２前端部との間に、第２カバーか
    らエンジン本体に達する支持リブが設けられ、上
    記固定手段による固定時に第２カバーの係合部領
    域のエンジン本体方向への変位に伴つて、上記第
    ２前端部を第１前端部側に押圧する弾性力が生じ
    ることを特徴とするタイミングベルトカバー構造
    。 ２ 上記第２前端部には、上記第１前端部を第２
    前端部と共に挟み込む係合部材が形成され、上記
    支持リブは上記係合部材の形成方向に対応して設
    けられていることを特徴とする請求項第１項記載
    のタイミングベルトカバー構造。
