ザダイオードと、発光出力を制御する出力制御手
段と、発光時間を設定するタイマ装置と、発光を

めの電源装置とを備えたレーザ照射装置におい
て、レーザダイオードのモニタ光を検知しこの検
知信号をタイマ装置の起動信号として用いたこと
を特徴とするレーザ照射装置によつて達成しよう
とするものである。なお、操作スイツチによりタ
イマ装置が動作しなければ装置が故障しているこ
とになる。

ザダイオード7と主制御手段9との間にレーザ出
力モニタ信号線15を設けて主制御手段9で、レ
ーザの照射出力を監視するとともにこれを照射時
間設定手段であるタイマ装置11の起動信号にし
ている。したがつてレーザの照射の有無とタイマ
装置の起動・停止が同期しており主制御手段9、
出力制御手段3、皮膚検知手段5、レーザダイオ
ード7等の故障によりレーザ照射が停止したとき
にはタイマ装置も停止する。なおレーザ照射装置
は治療器として用いる限りにおいては皮膚検知手
段5は安全上備えることが望ましい。さらに変調
設定手段10で設定された変調周波数の値でレー
ザ出力を断続させる信号も14の信号線を介して
行なわれる。12はレーザパワーの設定値、変調
周波数の設定値、照射時間の設定値、照射残時間
