The r& poles are in contact. When pressed strongly, the electrode on the auxiliary insulating substrate further comes into contact with the electrode on the lower insulating substrate. Therefore, different signals can be sent depending on whether the button is pressed lightly or strongly, and the speed of zoom operations etc. can be controlled more precisely.

The electrode 2 is formed by printing silver paste or carbon paste, or by sputtering ITO or the like. Reference numeral 3 denotes an upper insulating substrate made of a polymer film such as polyethylene terephthalate and having a thickness of about 100 μm, on which an electrode 4 made of ITO or the like is formed. Reference numeral 5 denotes an auxiliary insulating substrate made of a polymer film such as polyethylene 2.6-naphthalate having a height of about 185 μm, and electrodes 6 and 7 made of ITo or the like are formed on both sides. Then, an auxiliary insulating substrate 5 is attached to the lower insulating substrate 1, and a spacer 8 is placed at the end of the insulating substrate 1.
In the center, a plurality of spacers 9 are provided at predetermined intervals.
It is laminated with adhesive through it. The spacers 9 are made of, for example, acrylic UV-cured vIJ resin and are provided at a height of about 40 μm at intervals of about 4 spaces. In addition, the upper insulating substrate 3 is placed on the opposite side of the auxiliary insulating substrate 5, the spacer 10 is placed at the end, and the spacer 1 is placed in the center.
1 and laminated with adhesive. The spacers 11 are made of, for example, a resin made of the same material as the spacers 9 and are provided at intervals of about 78 and at a height of about 20 μm.

When 3 is strongly pressed, the electrodes 4 and @ and the electrodes are in contact with each other, and then the electrode 6 of the insulating substrate 5 and the electrode 2 of the insulating substrate 1 are brought into contact with each other. Therefore, different signals can be generated when the touch surface 13 is pressed lightly and when it is pressed strongly.
