Abstract

PURPOSE:To attain fine adjustment of the frequency by providing a metallic conductor on a surface of a dielectric body while has plural holes and in the holes, removing at least two points of part of the metallic conductor and forming an electrode to the removed part. CONSTITUTION:A dielectric body 1 has holes 5-7 directed inward and a metallic conductor 2 is provided in the holes 5-7 and on the surface. Moreover, two removed parts 3 are formed to the metallic conductors 2 on the faces other than the opening of the holes 5-7 and an electrode 4 is formed in the removed parts 3. Then each of the holes 5-7 acts like a resonator and the resonators are coupled by a constant depending on the interval among the holes 5-7 and the electrodes 4 and the holes 5-7 are coupled with a constant depending on the interval and they form a filter as a whole. Since the resonance frequency of each hole is varied by changing the depth of the holes, the filter frequency is simply fine-adjusted.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention In such a filter device, a plurality of through holes 24 are provided in the block-shaped dielectric 21, and each through hole 24 is
One part is used as a resonator, and the whole serves as a filter with a certain frequency. However, in order to obtain a filter with a certain frequency as a whole with the above configuration, it is necessary to add a step A to a part of the dielectric 21 and substantially lengthen the through hole 24 in the center to adjust the frequency. However, once the step A is created, its height cannot be adjusted, and there is a problem in that the frequency cannot be finely adjusted thereafter. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to enable fine frequency adjustment.
