Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate any short-circuiting toward a duct, locate a suction port at a lower position and eliminate a tendency of getting the short-circuiting by a method wherein an air guide has its central part positioned just above the duct and a cone part descending toward an outer circumference is formed. CONSTITUTION:A lower device 1 is provided with an air suction port 14 at its circumference, and a heat exchanger 6 is disposed in it. This is connected by the device 9 disposed outside an air zone 8 and a piping 10. A seat 7 is mounted above the lower device 1. A duct 2 capable of guiding air passed through the suction port 14 and the heat exchanger 6 upwardly is disposed at a central part of the lower device 10. A fan 3 is disposed at an upper part of the duct 2, and a cone-like air guide 5 bent with a clearance of a diffuser 4 being kept is disposed at the upper part of the duct 2. That is, air is blown from the diffuser 4 below the air guide 5, the air is flowed down along the lower surface of the air guide 5 and then air guide 8 can be formed. An arrow shows a flow of this air.

That is, the zone air conditioner shown in FIG. 2 has a problem in that the discharged cold air or warm air is blown directly toward the zone to be treated, causing discomfort to people within the zone. In addition, although the above-mentioned problems are solved to some extent in the zone air conditioner shown in Fig. 3, unless the flow velocity of the cold air or warm air jetted from the hood is increased, a short circuit will occur between the jetting fluid and the suction fluid. There is a problem in that a circuit occurs, and in order to prevent this, the curvature of the hood becomes large, making it difficult to form an air curtain.

[Means for Solving the Problems] As a means for solving the above problems, the present invention provides a lower unit that has an air suction port around it and is provided with an air conditioning heat exchanger inside, and the lower unit. A duct is installed upward from the center of the duct to guide the air that has passed through the air suction port and the air conditioning heat exchanger, and the center portion is located above the duct with a required gap, and the outer periphery is An air guide that is inclined or curved as a whole downwards toward the air guide, an air transfer means for ejecting air from the duct and colliding with the air guide, and an air transfer means for causing the air ejected and colliding with the air guide to flow into the air guide. It is characterized by comprising an external heat exchanger and a compressor, which are provided outside the zone of the air curtain that flows down the lower surface in the form of a film and are connected to the air conditioning heat exchanger through piping. The present invention attempts to provide a zone forming air conditioner.

That is, an umbrella-shaped air guide is provided, the center of which is located above the duct with a required gap, and the outer periphery is at the bottom, and air is blown out from the duct below by an air transfer means such as a fan. Due to the collision, the air flows down in a film form along the lower surface of the air guide, forming a zone defined by an air curtain in the atmosphere. At that time, the periphery of the air guide is shaped like an umbrella and faces outward.
The air curtain is formed in a shape that widens downward,
No short circuit will occur.

In addition, the suction port for the air rising inside the duct is located around the lower unit, and there is an air conditioning heat exchanger inside.
After passing through these, the air heads upwards, so by operating the air conditioning heat exchanger, specifically by linking it with the external heat exchanger and compressor installed outside the zone, the inside of the zone is cooled and heated. The air can be controlled to the desired temperature.

An embodiment of the present invention will be explained with reference to Fig. 1.7 Fig. 1 is a schematic side sectional view of a zone forming air conditioner according to this embodiment.
The lower unit 1 is provided with an air suction port 14 around it, a heat exchanger 6 is disposed inside the lower unit 1, and is connected to a unit 9 installed outside the air zone 8, which will be described later, via piping 10. . In addition, the seat 7 is located above the lower unit 1.
is provided. The unit 9 includes a compressor 11, a heat exchanger 12, and a fan 13. A duct 2 is provided in the center of the lower unit 1 to allow air to be guided through a suction port 14 and a heat exchanger 6, and a fan 3 is arranged at the top of the duct 2, and an air outlet is provided above the duct 2. 4
A curved umbrella-shaped air guide 5 is provided with a gap maintained. That is, air is blown out from the outlet 4 below the air guide 5, and the air is caused to flow down along the lower surface of the air guide 5, so that the air zone 8 can be formed.

Next, the operation of the above configuration will be explained. Air sucked through the suction port 14 by the operation of the fan 3 is heat exchanged by the heat exchanger 6, and its temperature is regulated, for example, in the case of heating. This air passes through a duct 2 and is blown out from an outlet 4 by a fan 3.

The blown air forms an air zone 8 by the air guide 5. The air in the air zone 8 is sucked in again through the suction port 14, and the temperature in the air zone 8 is controlled.

The lower unit 1 and the unit 9 installed outside the air zone 8 are connected by piping 10, and when cooling the inside of the air zone 8, the heat exchanger 6 of the lower unit 1 is an evaporator, and the heat exchanger 12 of the unit 9 is connected. acts as a condenser, and acts the opposite when heating.

As described above, according to this embodiment, the air guide 5 has an umbrella shape in which the central part is located directly above the duct 2 and descends toward the outer periphery, so that the air flowing down along the lower surface of the air guide 5 is When leaving the guide 5, it points slightly outward, ie has an outward tangential force, and does not immediately cause a short circuit towards the duct 2.

Moreover, since the suction port 14 is also located below, the tendency of -layer short circuit is eliminated. Therefore, there is an advantage that appropriate zones are formed. In addition, since the air in the zone 8 sucked through the suction port 14 passes through the heat exchanger 6, the heat exchanger 6 is linked with the compressor 11 and the heat exchanger 12, and the flow of the refrigerant is controlled in the desired direction depending on the cooling or heating. If this is selected, there is an advantage that the air for the air curtain can be used to air-condition the zone 8 for either cooling or heating.
