[Detailed Description of the Invention] (Industrial Application Field) The present invention relates to the structure of a connection part of a membrane for preventing the diffusion of pollution from seawater, etc. A membrane that prevents the diffusion of pollution from seawater, etc. is a membrane that prevents the diffusion of suspended matter caused by disturbance phenomena such as sediments that accompany the dumping of dredged soil or soil that is dumped when reclamation work is carried out in the ocean, other lakes, rivers, etc. This is a membrane material that is installed vertically between a water surface float that surrounds the seawater periphery of a reclaimed area and an anchor that is placed on the bottom of the water in order to prevent this. When the area in which this preventive film is spread becomes wider, naturally the groups of preventive films must be connected at their side edges, and areas where large loads are concentrated on the connected preventive films are is a corner connection portion of a prevention membrane, and the present invention is particularly directed to the structure of a connection reinforcement portion at a corner portion of a membrane for preventing the diffusion of contaminants such as seawater.

(Conventional technology) Specifically, when carrying out reclamation work in coastal areas,
As shown in Figure 9, a pollution diffusion prevention film (hereinafter referred to as a curtain) is placed in the seawater along the ocean side boundary line C of the reclaimed area B, which is set in the vicinity of the seawall A and where the tidal current is very gentle. ) is hung down from the seabed like a barrier, and the curtain 10 forms a barricade to prevent pollutants from flowing offshore from the reclaimed area. At this time, as shown in FIG. 10, a shallow floating float 11 was attached to the upper edge of the curtain 10 along the entire length of the curtain, and a seabed sinking anchor 15 was attached to the lower edge of the curtain. When the buried area of a group of curtains suspended in seawater expands, the side edges of each curtain 10 will naturally be connected to each other, and the length of the curtains will be extended.

When connecting and extending a curtain, the side edges of the curtain are connected through various connectors such as rings and hooks, and the curtain is extended by external forces such as wind and waves acting on the float and curtain parts. The connecting parts are placed in a state of continuous oscillation, and a large load is concentrated particularly at the upper corner of the curtain, and this part is subject to a greater degree of fatigue than other parts of the curtain.

(Problem that the invention attempts to solve) A pair of metal backing plates are placed on both sides of the curtain,
When forming the connection reinforcement part of a seawater pollution diffusion prevention membrane, this metal backing plate can certainly be expected to have a remarkable effect in reinforcing the part, but over time, the seawater will cause the backing plate to rust. As a result, the plate corrodes from its surface, and the deterioration of the plate due to corrosion can, in the worst case, lead to cracks from the window portion of the plate. In addition, the connection reinforcing part is constructed by holding a curtain from both sides with a pair of metal backing plates.Due to the rigidity of the backing plates, the curtain portion that is in constant contact with the periphery of the backing plates is prone to breakage. The negative effects of this occur relatively easily.

Further, the metal backing plate lacks seawater resistance and flexibility, and furthermore, due to its weight, it has not been fully satisfactory in terms of ease of handling and work.

In addition, as the sheet-like reinforcing core material 2, the same yarn as the weft yarn with a large diameter shown in FIG.
Rough woven fabric 21 with one side of the weave 22 being 3 mm or more
If necessary, regular canvas is laminated on both sides (Fig. 4), or a stainless steel wire mesh 31 with an opening 32 of 5 to 10 mm on each side, which has excellent tear strength (Fig. In addition, by using at least one layer of steel filaments 42 oriented in the same direction and having relatively coarse gaps 43, the filaments 42 of each filament 41 can be With laminated bodies arranged orthogonally (Fig. 6)
Or nylon similar to the constituent threads of the TRC canvas mentioned above,
Synthetic fiber yarns such as polyester, vinylon, aromatic polyamide, etc. are knitted, and a plurality of layers of knitted fabric 51 (FIG. 7) with relatively large stitches 52 are laminated with the stitch directions of each knitted fabric orthogonal to each other. In addition, it is possible to adopt a structure in which normal canvas is laminated on both sides, and these can be achieved by using relatively large textures, stitches, or rough openings possessed by each reinforcing core component itself. This is intended to actively utilize the opening portion consisting of the gap to firmly connect and integrate the core material and the cover member, and by extension to strengthen the elastic backing plate having rubber-like physical properties.

(Effects of the invention) The present invention has the advantage that in the prevention membrane (curtain), the side edges of each prevention membrane are connected to each other, which is the most affected by external force, which inevitably occurs during the extension work of the prevention membrane. By sandwiching and reinforcing the upper corner of the preventive membrane, where fatigue is concentrated, with an elastic backing plate having rubber-like physical properties, the preventive membrane (curtain) is reinforced as a whole, and the backing plate itself is reinforced. By seeking materials with excellent seawater resistance, durability, and rust resistance, it is possible to prevent the harmful effects caused by cracks that occur on the backing plate from propagating to the curtain. By constructing the cover plate with an elastic body having rubber-like physical properties, even when both sides of the preventive film are held between the plates, the preventive film (curtain) is formed due to the contact between the peripheral edge of the cover plate and the preventive film.
In particular, by making the plate into a fan shape and applying a part of the peripheral edge to it with a gently convex curved edge, it is possible to eliminate the fear of breakage occurring at the part of the plate. This can further reduce the risk of damage caused by contact with the material. Furthermore, the reduction in weight of the plate itself greatly contributes to making the series of operations easier.

In addition, the sheet-shaped reinforcing core material for reinforcing the plate has appropriate opening groups formed over its entire surface with textures, stitches, gaps, etc., and these openings can be used to , a part of the cover member penetrates, and the strong bond between the core material and the cover member makes the elastic backing plate with rubber-like physical properties strong,
In turn, this greatly contributes to the reinforcement of the protective film, which is the ultimate goal, especially the connection parts.
