(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, when such an oil fence 1 is used on the sea, as shown in FIG. 8, a repetitive force f acts on the oil fence 1 due to a tide or a wind wave. Since these forces f concentrate on the mooring device 2 fixed to the seabed and exert a large force F on the mooring device 2, the anchor mounting plate 6 of the mooring device 2 is required to support these forces F. ,
There is a problem that the area must be increased to increase the contact area with the fin portion 4 and the number of mounting bolts 8 to the fin portion 4 must be increased. Further, as shown in FIG. 9, the anchor mounting plate (the same reference numeral is used for the same configuration) is expensive and has a large flexure (Fiber Reinforcement).
The number of the mounting bolts 8 must be increased by using the plastics plate 15 and the reinforcing plate 16 for reinforcement, so that the mooring device 2 becomes expensive, the mounting man-hour increases, and the working efficiency decreases. There is also a problem.

The rubber-like elastic body mooring device 21 of the present invention includes a pair of plate-like bodies.
The fin portion 4 of the oil fence 22 is sandwiched between the opposite sides of the oil fence 22 and fixed with bolts 28 and nuts 29, and the fin portion 4 is fixed to the plate-like body 26. Two round rods 35 are arranged on the inner sides 26b of the pair of plate-like bodies 26 on the outer sides in the horizontal direction A of the bolts 28 and the nuts 29, respectively. Direction, so that even if a large force substantially in the water surface direction acts between the moored plate-shaped portion 26 and the oil fence 22 floating on the water surface, this force corresponds to the round bar 35. It will be distributed and carried in the fastening region extending widely in a predetermined direction intersecting with the horizontal plane. Therefore, although the number of bolts 28 is small, stress concentration in the fin portion 4 can be reliably avoided, and a sufficient resistance against the force can be exerted. Mooring work such as locking work to the vehicle can be greatly reduced. Further, in the present embodiment, the plurality of round bars 35 are arranged in a staggered manner so as to be shifted from each other in the horizontal direction (the direction of arrow A in FIG. 1).
In addition to ensuring a large contact area between the round bar 35 and the fin portion 4, the fin portion 4 made of a rubber-like elastic body is largely bent and fixed as shown in FIG. For this reason, even if the oil fence 22 exerts a large force F on the mooring device 21 due to the tide or wind wave, the oil fence 22 exerts a greater resistance to the above-described wide tightening region in the vertical direction by the round bar 35 and a large bending of the fin portion. . Therefore, it is not necessary to increase the area of the anchor mounting plate 6 or increase the number of mounting bolts as in the conventional rubber-like elastic body mooring device, and it is also necessary to use an expensive FRP plate or reinforcing plate. There is no increase in the number of mounting steps when used.

In the above-described embodiment, the case where two metal round bars are arranged side by side for the protruding portion has been described.
In the present invention, not limited to this embodiment, the cross section of the projection may be triangular or quadrangular as shown in FIGS.
It may be a polygon such as a hexagon (the same mechanism is provided with the same elasticity). In addition, the number may be at least one or more, as long as the contact area with the rubber-like elastic body is not a rod-like like a round bar but a hemispherical, semi-polygonal or other protruding body. Good.

(Effects) As described above, according to the present invention, a rubber-like elastic body is sandwiched between a pair of strong plate-like bodies using a ridge member extending in a predetermined direction crossing a horizontal plane. Therefore, even if a large force is repeatedly applied between the moored plate-like portion and the rubber-like elastic body floating on the water surface, the force extends widely in a predetermined direction corresponding to the ridge member in a direction intersecting the horizontal plane. And can be carried in a distributed manner in the fastening region. As a result, even if the number of connecting members is reduced, it is possible to exert a sufficient resistance against the above while reliably avoiding stress concentration in the plate-shaped portion of the rubber-like elastic body, and to mount the connecting members and the locking members. Mooring work such as locking work to the plate-shaped portion can be greatly reduced. Further, since the ridge member is extremely simple and the number of parts of the connecting member can be reduced, an inexpensive mooring device can be provided, and the connecting member and the like can be attached to the mooring work and the plate-like body can be provided. Thus, the number of steps for locking the mooring member can be reduced, and the mooring operation can be greatly facilitated.
