Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 測定波形信号を増幅する増幅部１と、該増幅部
１の出力信号をデイジタル信号に変換するＡ／Ｄ
変換器２と、該Ａ／Ｄ変換器２から得られる測定
データを記憶するメモリ部３とを具備する入力部
１０と、 前記メモリ部３から読出したデータに所定の演
算を行うとともに、装置全体の動作を制御する演
算、制御部１１と、 測定波形の表示および各種の表示を行う表示部
６と、 時刻の測定ならびに、装置の電源投入時からの
時間管理を行うタイマ部７と、 測定データに基づいて、前記入力部１０の自動
校正を行う校正部８とを有し、 前記タイマ部７には、電源が投入されてから装
置のウオームアツプが完了するまでの時間がセツ
トされており、電源の投入がなされると投入時刻
から時間の計測を開始し、セツトされたウオーム
アツプ時間が経過するとウオームアツプ完了を通
知する信号を送出し、 前記表示部６は、タイマ部７からのウオームア
ツプ完了を通知する信号に基づき、ウオームアツ
プ完了の表示を行うことを特徴とするデイジタル
オシロスコープ。
