Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable manure and agricultural chemicals to be easily removed, by setting an adsorption layer consisting of an active carbon system adsorption layer and an upper clay system adsorption material layer, on the upper surface of a catchment pipe with the upper water-permeable surface. CONSTITUTION:Surface water 22 flowing on the upper surface of a slope face 2 at the time of precipitation, including the high density of manure and agricul tural chemicals included in the soil 20 of the slope face 2, flows down to the underdrain 1 of a filter for processing the precipitation. After that, to the flowing-down surface water 22, the manure of ammonia or the like is adsorbed by the clay system adsorption material layer 5 of an adsorption layer 6, and after that, the agricultural chemicals is adsorbed by an active carbon system adsorption material layer 4. After that, the purified surface water 22 is collected in a catchment pipe 3 via a water-permeable hole 3a and after that, the water 22 is discharged to the downstream.

(Function) Precipitation flowing from the slope first flows into the adsorption layer on the water collection pipe, where fertilizers such as ammonia and phosphorus are adsorbed by the upper clay-based adsorbent layer, and then pesticides are adsorbed by the lower activated carbon-based adsorbent layer. The purified water flows into the collection pipe. The fertilizer adsorbed by the upper clay-based adsorbent layer is consumed by grass etc. planted in the soil. In addition, some of the pesticides adsorbed by the lower activated carbon-based adsorbent layer are decomposed by microorganisms in the soil.

The first figure shows an example in which the rainwater treatment water collection groove 1 of the present invention is installed at the lower end of a slope 2 of a golf course, and 3 in the figure shows a structure in which a water permeable hole 3a is provided on the upper surface and the upper surface is made water permeable. For example, a water collection pipe made of vinyl chloride or concrete is shown, and on its upper surface there is a lower activated carbon adsorbent layer 4 made of granular activated carbon, powdered activated carbon, etc., and an upper clay adsorbent layer 5 made of zeolite etc. An adsorption layer 6 consisting of the following is provided. Further, the upper surface of the adsorption layer 6 is covered with sand 7 in order to protect the adsorption layer 6 and ensure water permeability.

According to this precipitation treatment water collection groove 1, the surface water 22 flowing on the upper surface of the slope 2 during rainfall flows into the precipitation treatment water collection groove 1 while containing a high concentration of fertilizers, pesticides, etc. contained in the soil 20 of the slope 2. Fertilizers such as ammonia and phosphorus are first adsorbed by the upper clay-based adsorbent layer 5 of the adsorption layer 6 placed above the precipitation treatment catchment groove 1, and then by the activated carbon-based adsorbent layer 4 of the lower layer. Agricultural chemicals are adsorbed and the purified surface water 22 is collected in the water collection pipe 3 through the water permeable hole 3a. The water collected in the water collection pipe 3 is discharged downstream. The fertilizer adsorbed by the upper clay-based adsorbent layer 6 is consumed by the lawn 21 planted in the soil 20. In addition, some of the pesticides adsorbed by the lower activated carbon-based adsorbent layer 5 are decomposed by microorganisms in the soil 20.

(Effects) As described above, according to the rainwater treatment water collection groove of the present invention, an adsorption layer consisting of an activated carbon adsorbent layer and a clay adsorption layer above the activated carbon adsorbent layer is arranged on the upper surface of the water collection pipe whose upper surface is permeable. As a result, excess fertilizer and pesticides contained in the surface water flowing down the slope are removed by the adsorption layer and discharged as clean water, and the fertilizer adsorbed by the clay-based adsorption material layer is absorbed into the soil. Pesticides consumed by planted plants such as grass and adsorbed to the activated carbon adsorbent layer are decomposed by soil microorganisms, and air is constantly supplied to the activated carbon adsorbent layer except during abnormal rainfall. This has the effect that the propagation of aerobic bacteria is maintained well, the life of the adsorption layer is long, and there is no need to replace the adsorption layer frequently.
