A large number of wind and snow break boards are arranged at intervals in the vertical direction, and board end links extending in the width direction of the wind and snow break board are fixed to the ends of each wind and snow break board, and the board end links of the wind and snow break board in the middle are fixed to the ends of each wind and snow break board. The material and the interlocking long link material are crossed in an X shape and pivoted by a support shaft, and one end of the interlocking short link material is attached to the center of the plate end link material of the upper wind and snow board and the lower wind and snow board. is pivoted by a support shaft, the ends of vertically adjacent plate end links and the ends of interlocking long links or interlocking short links are pivotally connected, and the guide rollers attached to each support shaft are A structure is known in which one end of a lifting wire rope is fitted into a guide groove of a support column and is wound around a pulley attached to the upper end of the support column, and is connected to a lower guide roller.

However, in the case of the above-mentioned conventional upward folding type wind and snow fence, when the wind and snow boards are raised and folded, the end links, interlocking long links, and interlocking short links of all the wind and snow boards are removed at the same time. Since they are connected to rotate, the number of pivot points increases, resulting in high processing costs. Moreover, when folding the windbreak board group upwards, all windbreak boards except the upper windbreak board must be Since the snow plates are pulled up at the same time and all the windbreak snow plates are rotated at the same time, a large lifting force is required from the beginning to the end of the upward folding process, and furthermore, the manufacturing error of the folding mechanism consisting of each link material is relatively large. In this case, each link member cannot be smoothly folded and rotated, and therefore a considerable pulling force must be applied to the lifting wire rope, making it difficult to fold upward. In addition, since the connecting link material pivotally attached to the center of the end link material of the intermediate wind and snow protection board is a long link, there is a problem that the amount of material used is large, which is uneconomical.

This is the angle when it hits the outer surface of the support column 5. Therefore, by changing the protruding length of the stopper 36 from the interlocking link 12, or even if the stopper 36 has the same protruding length, by changing the stopper mounting position in the longitudinal direction of the interlocking link 12, wind protection can be improved. The inclination angle of each windbreak snow board when the snow board group is unfolded can be set arbitrarily.

できる等の効果が得られる。[Effect of the invention] According to this invention, the group of wind and snow breakers consisting of the upper wind and snow break board 1, the intermediate wind and snow break board 2, and the lower wind and snow break board 3 is moved upward by pulling the flexible elevating strip 13. When folding, the lower wind and snow break board 3 is first pulled up, and the intermediate wind and snow break board 2 is rotated from a steeply inclined state to a gently inclined state by the support shaft 10 of the lower wind and snow break board 3 via the interlocking link 12. Next, the lower wind and snow protection board 3 and the intermediate wind and snow protection board 2 are moved upward, and the upper wind and snow protection board is changed from a steep slope state to a gentle slope state via the interlocking link 12 by the support shaft 7 of the intermediate wind and snow protection board 2. In this way, the raising of the lower wind and snow breakers and the rotation of the upper wind and snow breakers are repeated in sequence, so even if there is a relatively large manufacturing error in the folding mechanism, the folding mechanism can be folded and rotated smoothly,
Therefore, the wind and snow break board group can be folded upward by applying a relatively small traction force, and since the number of pivot points is small, manufacturing is easy and processing costs are low. Moreover, the interlocking link 12
Since short links can be used, the amount of material used is small and economical, and the pulling force required when folding the wind and snow break board group upwards is initially calculated by the pulling force of the lower wind and snow break board 3 and Only the rotating force of the upper intermediate wind and snow break board is used, and each wind and snow break board is subsequently pulled up and rotated in sequence, so the maximum lifting force is required only a little before the upward folding is completed. Therefore, compared to the conventional upward folding type wind and snow fence, in which all the wind and snow boards except the upper wind and snow board are simultaneously pulled up and rotated at the same time from start to finish, the upward folding process is faster. Since only a small pulling force is required for most of the inside, advantages such as being able to easily perform an upward folding operation can be obtained.
