Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a method for installing a pillar of a windproof snow fence that can lower a plurality of windproof snowboards and store the pillars down when not in use. 2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a windproof snow fence installed on the side of an automobile road or the like in a snowfall area has been disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 61-13062.
As proposed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 3 (1999) -1995, there is known a method in which a snow protection fence is lowered to a lower support and folded, and then the body edge material is removed, and the upper support is turned over and stored. The upper struts were defeated manually or by heavy equipment such as cranes. [0003] However, in the above-described method, it is dangerous and severe work to fall down the columns by human power, and the work by the crane truck or the like requires a large work space, and the traffic There were problems such as the need to regulate. Accordingly, the present inventor has conducted intensive studies in view of the conventional drawbacks, and as a result, has invented a method capable of easily installing and storing columns. According to the present invention, there is provided a method for installing a pillar of a windproof snow fence, wherein a winch engaging portion is provided on a side wall of a base pillar standing upright on the ground surface, and a winch is attached to the winch engaging portion. An upper support is attached to the base support to form a support, a ring is provided on the upper support, a pulley is mounted on the ring, and a second base support is provided adjacent to the support, and a base support is provided. A pivot is mounted on an upper portion of the second upper column, and a pivot hole is formed through a lower portion of the second upper column. The pivot is penetrated through the pivot hole, and the upper column is rotatably mounted on the base column. And a hook is provided at the tip of a strip that is unreeled from the winch. The strip is wound around the pulley, and the hook is engaged with a ring provided on the second upper support to operate the winch. As a result, the second upper support is raised, the second support is erected, and the support is erected sequentially, so that the work can be easily performed without using a heavy machine such as a crane. Hereinafter, the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Reference numeral 1 denotes a base support which is disposed at appropriate intervals in the longitudinal direction of the road. A base plate 12 at the lower end of the base support 1 is placed on a concrete foundation and fixed by anchor bolts. The base column 1 is provided on a base plate 12 with two channel steel webs facing each other inward, and a mounting plate is provided between the two channel steels. The web of this channel steel is provided with bolt holes for mounting columns, and the road side (front) groove is provided with two mounting plates between its flanges. This 2
The lower part of the upper column 2 made of H-shaped steel is disposed between the webs of the channel steel, and the side grooves of the upper column 2 are disposed so as to face the longitudinal direction of the road. And a bolt provided at the lower end of the upper column 2 with the upper column 2 and the channel formed by screwing the upper column 2 and the channel steel with the bolt to form a pivot 6. A mounting plate provided at the center of the base support 1 is screwed into contact, and the upper support 2 is erected on the base support 1. A guide portion 21 having a substantially T-shape in horizontal cross section is provided on the road shoulder side (back surface) of the upper support 2 with its side groove facing the longitudinal direction of the road. The lower part of the guide portion 21 has a section C
One end of the storage unit 22 is rotatably screwed, and is mounted substantially parallel to the upper support 2 when the windproof snow panel 3 is used. A ring 23 and a rotating ring 24 are provided near the upper end of the upper support 2. The windproof snow panels 3 are arranged at appropriate intervals in the vertical direction, are inclined in the same direction, and a reinforcing plate having an L-shaped cross section is attached to the end of each windproof snow panel 3. The ends of the reinforcing plate are connected by a slide plate to form a pantograph. A reinforcing beam is mounted and screwed on the center of the windproof snow panel 3, and an end of the reinforcing beam is covered with a cap. The cap is slidably moved up and down in the groove of the guide portion 21 of the upper column 2. In use in winter, the cap penetrates between the edges of the guide portion 21 at the vertical position of the cap. The cap at the end of the reinforcing beam is held between the bolts, and the windproof snow panel 3 is fixed. Next, a method for storing a windproof snow fence after winter will be described. As shown in FIG. 2, a winch 5 is mounted on a mounting plate provided on the base support 1, and a strip 51 extended from the winch 5 is engaged with the rotating ring 24 on the upper support 2. 5
The hook 52 attached to one end of the windproof snow panel 3 is engaged with a cap covered on the reinforcing beam end on the upper part of the windproof snow panel 3, and the winch 5 is operated to pull the windproof snow panel 3 upward and fix it. When the bolt is removed and the winch 5 is operated to lower the windproof snow panel 3, the windproof snow panel 3 is folded and stored in the storage section 22 because its end is pivotally mounted in a pantograph shape as described above. You. The storage section in which the windproof snow panel 3 is stored is tilted rearward at a substantially right angle and the windproof snow panel 3
Is completed. Next, after removing the connecting beam 7 laid between the upper portions of the upper columns 2 from the upper columns 2, the pulleys 4 are attached to the upper ring 23 of the upper columns 2 as shown in FIG.
The winch 5 is mounted on a mounting plate provided on the base support 1, and a strip 51 extended from the winch 5 is engaged with the pulley mounted on the upper support 2, and then the end of the strip 51 is engaged. After the hook attached to the portion is engaged with the ring 23 provided near the upper end of the other support 2, the plate provided at the lower end of the upper support 2 and the mounting plate provided on the base support 1 are removed. The bolts that are screwed are removed, the upper column 2 is screwed into the channel steel, and the bolts forming the pivot 6 are loosened. Then, the winch 5 is operated to loosen the strip 51, and the upper column 2 falls down. Is stored. When the windbreak snow fence is to be installed in winter, the upper column 2 is erected around the pivot 6 mounted between the channel steels of the base column 1 as a center axis, contrary to the above procedure. First, the first upper column 2 is erected by human power or a heavy machine such as a crane truck, but after the second column, the pulley 4 is attached to a ring 23 provided on the upper column 2 and attached to the side wall of the base column 1. A strip 51 extended from the winch 5 is engaged with the pulley 4 and a hook 52 at the tip thereof.
Is engaged with a ring 23 provided on the upper portion of the upper support 2, and the upper support 2 is raised by the operation of the winch 5, and is sequentially erected. Next, both ends of the connection beam member 7 are erected between the upper portions of the upper columns 2 between the upper portions of the upper columns 2. After the support is erected, the hanging tool 52 at the tip of the strip 51 that is fed out of the winch 5 is removed from the ring 23 provided above the upper support 2, and is stored in the storage section 22. The winch 5 is operated by being engaged with a cap placed on the reinforcing beam end on the upper part of the snow panel 3, and the caps placed on both ends of the reinforcing beam of the windproof snow panel 3 are attached to the guide portions 21 of the support column 2. The cap is lifted up in the groove, and fixing bolts are attached to the upper and lower positions of the cap so as to penetrate between the edges of the guide portion 21, and the windproof snow panels 3 are arranged at appropriate intervals in the vertical direction. As described above, according to the method of installing the strut of the windproof snow fence according to the present invention, the winch engaging portion is provided on the side wall of the base strut standing upright on the ground surface, and the winch is attached to the winch engaging portion. A hook is provided at the tip of a strip fed from the winch, and the strip is wound around the pulley, and the hook is engaged with a ring provided on the second upper support to operate the winch.
