音響変換器を電話器のハンドセツトなどに取付け
る際の電気音響変換器収納装置に関するものであ

従来例の構成とその問題点
圧電形電気音響変換器には従来からセラミツク

の電気音響変換器を設計する場合、圧電振動子の
支持方法、ケースの材質、形状とともに、ケース
を取付けるハンドセツトの形状も重要な問題とな
る。第1図にその収納装置の従来例を示す。図に
おいて、1はセラミツク圧電体で、その両面には
電極が付けられている。2は金属製振動板で、セ
ラミツク圧電体1と接着剤により貼合わされて圧
電振動子を構成している。3は金属製のケース
で、背気室漏洩孔4と音波放射孔5を有してい
る。6は振動板2と音波放射孔5を有するケース
3との間を確保し、振動板2を周辺固定するリン
グである。7はセラミツク圧電体1の電極表面と
入力端子8を接続するリード線9の一方の半田付
部分、10はリード線9を入力端子8に接続する
ためのもう一方の半田付部分、11はケース3と
入力端子8を電気的に分離するための絶縁体であ
る。12は振動板2にリード線13を接続するた
めの半田付部分、14はリード線13をもう一方
の入力端子15に接続している半田付部分であ
る。16は絶縁体である。17は以上の構成の圧
電形電気音響変換器を収納するハンドセツトで、
