[Detailed description of the invention] [Industrial field of application] The present invention is a system for inserting individual pipe yarns in order to smoothly convey the pipe yarns from the spinning machine in the spinning process to a rewinding machine or other processing processes. A device that allows the threads to be taken out smoothly when a large number of loaded trays are moved along guide rails, and the threads are inserted into the trays at some points along the way and taken out from the trays at other parts. It is. The application of the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned tube yarn, but can also be applied to other products having a central support hole, such as shinomaki and cheese.

In the textile industry, yarn or yarn intermediate products are generally processed by winding them onto bobbins having a through hole in the center. Various transportation methods and means are used to smoothly transport these products between processes. In particular, since the amount of yarn wound on a spinning machine is small, a large number of yarns are handled, and various proposals have been made regarding this conveying means. As an example of such a conveying means, for example, a conveying means in which a spinning machine and a rewinding machine are connected is known in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 58-59167. This technical means utilizes a tray that has a base portion with a diameter larger than the outer diameter of the tube yarn and has a tube insertion pin integrally formed in the center of the base portion, and this tray is guided along a multiple frame-shaped guide path. while moving the guide passage to the rewinding section of the rewinding machine,
The yarn is directly rewound from the tube inserted into the tray. Therefore, there is no need to remove the thread from the tray. However, when transporting the yarn to a processing step or to a rewinding machine with a copp magazine device, even if a tray is used, it is not necessary to process the yarn with the yarn inserted in the tray in all processing steps. It is necessary to be able to easily remove the yarn bobbin from the tray, and a tray from which the yarn can be easily removed is required.

[Problems to be solved by the invention] Therefore, the present invention considered the shape of the tray and developed a tray that can securely introduce the arm for extracting the thread bobbin to the bottom side of the thread bobbin and extract the thread bobbin. This is what we are trying to provide.

[Means for Solving the Problems] Therefore, the present invention consists of a base portion having a diameter larger than the outer diameter of the tube yarn and an insertion pin for inserting the tube yarn bobbin,
In the tube yarn conveyance tray from which the tube yarn bobbin is extracted by a fork-like dotting arm at a position midway through conveyance, a bobbin receiving stage is provided between the base portion and the insertion pin and directly below the insertion pin. part is formed,
The outer diameter of the bobbin receiving step part is formed to be larger than the inner diameter of the thread bobbin, and smaller than the outer diameter of the thread bobbin so that the dotting arm can be inserted therethrough. It is.

[Operation and Examples] FIG. 1 (partially interrupted side view) shows a tray 1 according to the invention, in which the tube thread 7 is shown partially in section. As shown in FIG. 2 (partial sketch), the tray 1 is loosely fitted between U-shaped guide rails 9 and 10 on both sides, and a round cross-section belt 11 is fitted between the leg portions 9a and 10a of the guide rails 9 and 10. is arranged, and the belt 1
1, the tray 1 is moved. Further, as shown in FIG. 3 (cross-sectional view), the belt 11 is supported by a support roller 12 provided between the leg portions 9a and 10a, and the bottom surface of the tray is connected to a part of the U-shaped guide rail 9a. It is supported at the top. Therefore, the tray 1 is moved by the drive of the belt 11, and unless the moving tray 1 is restricted, it will move together with the belt 11, and if it is restricted, it will slip and only the belt will be driven, and the trays will come into contact with each other as shown in Figure 2. Become. The conveyance path 8 configured in this manner is generally formed in a closed loop, and the tube yarn 7 is introduced into the tray 1 while stopping the tray at a specific portion thereof, and the tube yarn 7 is pulled out after reaching the conveyance section. However, these measures were not sufficient in conventional trays.
Therefore, in the present invention, a step part 5 is formed in the thread insertion part of the tray 1 to receive and support the bobbin, and the outer diameter is smaller than the outer diameter of the thread bobbin, but the diameter is larger than the inner diameter of the bobbin. This facilitates the insertion of the ing arm 13 and ensures the removal of the tube yarn 7. That is, as shown in FIG. 1, the tray 1 has a base portion 2 formed with a diameter larger than the outer diameter of the inserted tube thread 7, and a guide step portion 3 is formed above the approximately central portion. Note that this guide step 3 is a step along the upper opening slit of the conveyance path 8 formed by the guide rails 9 and 10, and serves to regulate the direction of movement of the tray, but the guide step 3 is eliminated. The outer periphery of the large diameter base portion may be used as a guide. The bobbin receiving step 5 is formed at a considerable height (approximately 10 mm) approximately in the center of the guide step 3, and the bobbin 4 for bobbin insertion is provided at the center thereof. Although the figure shows a case in which these are integrally formed, the pin 4 and the bobbin receiving stage part 5 may be integrally formed and implanted in the base part 2, or the pin 4
The present invention can also be satisfied by directly implanting the guide step 3 and the bobbin receiving step 5 into the base part 2, and by integrally or individually forming the guide step 3 and the bobbin receiver step 5 into ring bodies and fitting them therein.

On the other hand, a dotting device compatible with such a conveying device is constructed by moving a dotting arm 13 in the direction of arrow A and then in the direction of arrow B as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 (plan view). The inserted tube thread 7 can be reliably pulled out from the tray 1 and delivered to a supply section (not shown). As shown in FIG. 4, the dotting arm 13 has a concave portion 13a formed at its tip and moves forward so as to embrace the periphery of the bobbin receiving stage portion 5 and rises in the direction of arrow B. In this case, a stop regulating device (not shown) is activated to stop the tray.
The forked protrusion of the dotting arm 13 and the tray movement passing direction side are made to protrude longer than the advancing direction side, the tray movement is stopped by this protrusion, and the tray is further advanced in the direction of arrow A to perform doffing. Alternatively, the dotting device may be installed at a specific portion of the conveyance path 8 or may be provided so as to move along the conveyance path 8 over a specified section.
