ら背負側背当ての横側向に向けて始動ロープの案
内路を延設し、該案内路の先端口金から延出する
始動ロープの端部を、先端にT字状のノブを有す
る把手体に連繋し、該把手体の基部には、前記口
金に対し把手体が直交方向の垂下状態に姿勢変更
して係合できる凹部を形成して構成したものであ
