算車6の外径と同径のフランジ8が樹脂により一
体形成されており、このフランジ8には、該フラ
ンジ8が一回転する毎に上記桁送りピニオン7と
噛合して、この桁送りピニオン7を回動せしめる
ための桁送り用二枚歯9が形成されているもので
ある。
