Claims (1)
連なつた部分的な打ち抜き加工を施すと共に、当
該打ち抜き部分を圧延することによつて上記2枚
の金属薄板を結合一体化する接合装置において、 上記2枚以上の金属薄板を挾んでその両側に対
向配置されたピン挿入孔付きのアンビルおよびパ
ンチと、 上記アンビルの台座部の両側に、上記アンビル
のピン挿入孔内に嵌挿支持されたピンを介して移
動可能に対設され、上記金属薄板の打ち抜き部分
の圧延に伴つて上記アンビルの半径方向外側に向
つて拡開するブレードと、 上記ブレードに穿設された有底のスプリング挿
入孔内で上記ピン上に嵌装支持され、上記金属薄
板の打ち抜き・膨出時に上記ブレードをアンビル
の中心方向に付勢するスプリング、ならびに、 上記スプリング挿入孔の開口端近傍で上記ピン
の両端に固着されたスプリングの抜け出し防止部
