[Detailed description of the invention] This invention relates to a door guard that prevents illegal entry by restricting the opening of the door, similar to a door chain, and allows the door guard to easily maintain the limited opening angle of the door. At the same time, it is intended to prevent the plating from peeling off, causing unpleasant noises, or causing damage.

以下本考案の実施例につき具体的に説明する。 Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below.

The lever 2 is swingable about a shaft 7 within a range of a direction substantially parallel to the surface of the door 4 (the position shown by the imaginary line) and a direction substantially perpendicular to the door (the position shown by the solid line). When the lever 2 is tilted to a position parallel to the surface of the door, it is held in the unlocked position and the door 4 can be opened and closed freely. When the lever 2 is raised perpendicular to the door with the door 4 closed, it is held in the locked position, and when the door is opened in the direction of arrow A, the lever 2 automatically engages with the receiver 5. It becomes locked. As the door 4 is opened, the lever 2 slides in an engaged state against the receiver 5, and relative sliding is prevented at the end of the lever 2, limiting the door to the maximum open position. In this state, the tip of the lever 2 and the receiver 5 are automatically held in a temporary state, the door cannot be closed, and the door is held in that position, which is convenient for ventilation. Lever 2
By pushing in the direction of arrow B with your hand, the temporary lock between lever 2 and receiver 5 will be released, allowing you to close the door. When the door is fully closed, lever 2 will automatically come off from receiver 5, and both will be released. The engagement is released and the lever can be moved to the unlocked position.

To temporarily fix the tip of lever 2 to receiver 5,
A portion 16 of the flange 9 is raised to form a second stopper, and a recess 17 is formed between the second stopper 16 and the first stopper 10, into which the engaging portion 15 fits. In order to make the fitting smooth, the engaging part 15 and the second stopper 16 are each formed in an arc shape, so that the engaging part 15 can easily get over the second stopper 16.

The clutch plate 24 has a protrusion 25 on its outer periphery,
The projection fits into the guide groove 23 of the boss, and cannot rotate in the circumferential direction relative to the boss, but can only move in the direction of the shaft 7 into which it is fitted. V-shaped engagement grooves 26a and 26b are formed in the end face of the clutch plate 24 in a cross shape centered on the hole 27 for the shaft 7. Engagement protrusions 28 that engage with the grooves 26a and 26b are formed in the bearing 13 in a line around the hole 29 for the shaft 7.

The clutch plate 24 is constantly biased in the direction of the bearing by a compression spring 30 provided between the clutch plate 24 and the boss 11.
When the lever 2 is tilted in a direction parallel to the door, the engaging groove 26a engages with the engaging projection 28 and is held in that position. When the lever 2 stands up in a direction perpendicular to the door, the engaging groove 26b engages with the engaging protrusion 28 and is held in that position. When trying to move the lever 2 from one position to the other, the protrusion 28 and grooves 26a, 26b
pushes the clutch plate 24 away from the bearing 13, disengaging it and allowing the lever to rotate. The shaft 7 passes through the bearings 13, 13 and the clutch plate 24, and a clip 33 inserted into a groove 32 in the bearing 13 is engaged with the annular groove 31 of the shaft 7.
It prevents it from coming off.

As a result, even when the door 4 is closed from the normal open state to the lever 2 in an upright position, the tip of the lever 2 is placed in the engaging part 1 of the receiver 5.

As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the mounting seat 3 is mounted in an inverted mounting position, but it can be used selectively depending on the width of the frame of the door to which it is mounted. Further, the receiver 5 is attached to the frame of the door when the door opens on one side, but when the door opens on both sides, it is attached to the stile of the other door.

A groove 37 is formed in the first stopper 10 of the lever 2, and a rubber cushioning material 38 is inserted into the groove. is fixed to the first stopper. The cushioning material 38 hits the engagement portion 15 of the receiver 5 and softens the impact when the lever 2 engages with the receiver 5 and opens to the maximum extent.

As described above, in the present invention, the lever 2, which is pivotally attached to the door 4 through the mounting seat 3, is slidably and separably fitted into the receiver 5 connected to the door stile or door frame 6, thereby opening the door. In a door guard that restricts access to an area where unauthorized entry is prohibited, the lever 2 is an automatic locking means that automatically locks the lever 2 into the receiver 5 so that it cannot slide when the door 4 is opened to the maximum limit of the lever 2. and the receiver 5, this automatic locking means has a first stopper 10 and a second stopper 16 provided on the lever 2;
is engaged with the receiver 5 to prevent the lever 2 from moving in the opening direction, and the second stopper 16 is engaged with the receiver 5 to prevent the lever 2 from moving in the closing direction,
At least one of the second stopper 16 and the receiver 5 is arranged approximately relative to the longitudinal direction of the lever 2 so that the receiver 5 can move in both the engagement direction and the disengagement direction relatively beyond the second stopper 16. The first and second stoppers 10, 16 are movable in both orthogonal directions and are biased by spring means in the direction of engagement with each other. 16 and the receiver 5 automatically engage to restrain the lever 2 in the limited opening state of the door 4, and in the restrained position, either the second stopper 16 or the receiver 5 is manually moved relative to each other. Since the lever 2 is configured so that the lever 2 is closed by releasing the engagement between the two, the door 4 is held fixed at a limited opening angle to prevent unauthorized intrusion by simply opening the door 4, and the ventilation gap prevents unauthorized intrusion. Since the cushioning material 38 is provided on at least one of the mutually engaging portions of the first stopper 10 and the receiver 5, peeling of the plating and generation of unpleasant noises can be prevented. Corruption is prevented from occurring.
