Claims (1)
にロータを取付け、このロータを回転することに
より、流入口よりケーシング内部に流入した粉粒
体を流出口へ送り出すように構成したロータリー
フイーダに於いて、上記の流入口と流出口によつ
て左右両側に仕切られたケーシングの内壁面に、
セラミツクスを用いて断面円弧状に形成した左右
のライナー板を沿設し、これ等両側のライナー板
を、その両端部を上記流入口と流出口の両側口縁
部にネジ止めした金属製支持プレートの間に挾ん
で固定すると共に、上記ロータの各羽先部分には
、同じくセラミツクスで造つた刃先片を交換自在
にネジ止めしたことを特徴とするロータリーフイ
ーダ。 (2) ケーシングの流入口を、ケーシングのセン
タよりもロータの回転方向とは逆の方向に位置を
ずらして設けると共に、流入口の口縁部にネジ止
めした左右の金属製支持プレートのうち、ロータ
が回転する方向側の支持プレートに、圧縮エアー
を噴出するためのエアー吹出口を設けたことを特
徴とする請求項(1)記載のロータリーフイーダ。 (3) 粉粒体を流入口の内側面のうち、ロータが
回転する方向側の内側面に、弾性材料で造つた噛
込み防止片をその下端側をロータの回転方向とは
逆の方向に少し傾斜させて取付けたことを特徴と
