Claims (1)
各々設けた回転盤と、該回転盤を覆うケーシング
と、該ケーシングを貫通し、上記回転盤の衝撃片
が設けられた側に連通する原料供給路と、上記回
転盤の軸心方向分級部材側に位置するケーシング
に設けられた微粉排出口と、上記分級部材の周縁
に位置するケーシングに設けられた粗粉排出口と
を有し、上記微粉排出口は微粉捕集器を介して吸
引ブロワーに、上記粗粉排出口は上記原料供給路
に各々連結され、連続的に粉砕―分級―再粉砕を
行なう分級機構内蔵の衝撃粉砕機であつて、上記
分級部材は上記回転盤の回転中心にその軸心を一
致させて取付けられた略円錐状部材で構成し、か
つ上記衝撃片は上記回転盤の回転中心を中心にし
て放射状に取付けられた複数の略長方体部材で構
成すると共に、該衝撃片と上記ケーシングとの間
に被粉砕物の滞留空間を形成したことを特徴とす
る分級機構内蔵の衝撃粉砕機。 (2) 上記分級部材を、底面と母線とのなす角度
が15°〜30°の範囲にある略円錐状部材で構
成したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
