本考案は外軸の先端口におけるリフイールのが
たつきを抑えるためにリフイールの先端部位にア

外軸の先端口におけるリフイールのがたつきを
抑えるためにリフイールの先端筆記部近傍の外面
部と外軸の先端口近傍の内面部を圧接させる方法
が一般的に採られているが、リフイール又は外軸
の一方の仕様を変更した場合に他方の設計変更が
必要となり極めて煩わしい。そこでリフイールに
アダプターを嵌着して当該アダプターと外軸を圧
接させる構造として、リフイール又は外軸の一方
の仕様が変更された場合にはアダプターの寸法を
変更することにより他方のリフイール又は外軸の
設計変更を不要とした筆記具が出現している。と
ころで一般的なリフイールの先端部位には空気孔
が設けられておりアダプターをリフイールの先端
部位に嵌着すると空気孔が閉塞されてしまう虞が
あるのでこれを防止するために従来のアダプター
にはその内面部に沿つて空気溝が設けられてい
た。

本考案の目的はかかる問題点を解決することであ
る。

と、先端口近傍の内面がアダプターの外面に圧接
してリフイールの先端筆記部及びアダプターの先
端縁を先端口から外部へ突出させる外軸とを備え
てなる筆記具を構成することにより上記問題点の
解決を可能とした。

又外面部には先端から順に先細のテーパ外面部9
と平行外面部10を有してその平行外面部10に
は円周方向の圧着用リブ8″を突設しさらに内孔
部における大内径部7の前端部から外面部におけ
るテーパ外面部9の後端部へ開通する半径方向の
通孔11を有すると共に当該通孔11からテーパ
外面部9に沿つて先端縁まで開通する軸方向の空
気溝12を有して成り前述したリフイール5の先
端筆記部13のやや後方位置から中径部2の略後
端位置までの外周部にその小内径部6の圧着用リ
ブ8を小径部1の外面に圧接させると共に大内径
部7の圧着用リブ8′を中径部2の外面に圧接さ
せて且つリフイール5の段部3と大内径部7の前
端の内面段部14を多少離して空気孔4の前方に
空隙部15を形成せしめる状態で嵌着されるアダ
プター16と、先端口17の近傍のテーパ内面部
18とその後方の平行内面部19が夫々アダプタ
ー16の先端縁近傍のテーパ外面部9とその後方
の平行外面部10の圧着用リブ8″と圧接して先
端口17からリフイール5の先端筆記部13とア
ダプター16の先端縁を多少突出させる外軸20
とを備えて成るものである。

突出させる構造なのでアダプターと外軸が圧接す
る場合にアダプターの溝が圧漬して空気流通路が
閉塞された場合はその状態を目視によつて容易に
確認できるので不良品の見逃しを防止する作用効
果がある。
