[Prior Art and Problems to be Solved] Traditionally, there have been patterned pile fabrics such as multicolored carpets produced by Axminster looms as multicolored patterned pile fabrics. The more colors there are, the more time and manpower are required to prepare the pile yarn used, making it unsuitable for small-lot production.

For example, in the case of a jacquard-type Axminster loom that uses a jacquard device to select pile yarns, multiple pile yarns to be used for this are introduced into each pile row in the weaving direction of the patterned pile fabric. Special carries are installed in parallel, and each carry for each pile row in the weaving direction is moved up and down appropriately with a jacquard for each weave, and the necessary pile yarns are lined up in a horizontal line at a predetermined position, and then piled with a gripper. The length corresponding to the length of the cloth is picked out, cut to a uniform length, and then carried to the weaving area for weaving. in this case,
Each pile yarn introduced into each carry in parallel in the weaving width direction is usually wound around a cheese and hung on a creel at the rear of the loom.

In this case, each carry in each pile row in the weaving direction will have a plurality of pile systems (about 12 colors at most), so the larger the number of colors, the larger the weaving width. The more you become,
The number of cheeses hung on a creel stand increases; for example, 12,000 cheeses are required to weave a 4m wide patterned pile fabric with 12 colored patterns. As a result, the creel stand becomes larger, requiring a larger installation space behind the loom, and requires a great deal of labor to prepare and set up the cheese and jacquard.
It takes about a day, and in the case of high-mix, low-volume production, it is inefficient and extremely costly.

According to this spool method, the number of colors is infinite, and pattern piles of 20 to 30 colors are usually woven.As a preparatory work, a large number of spools (S) corresponding to the number of pile weaving stages for one repeat are woven. It is necessary to arrange and warp a large number of pile yarns according to the pile yarn arrangement in the weft direction (weaving width direction) according to each pattern, and this work requires a lot of labor and time. For example, if the width is 4m, it will take 4 people 10 days.

When the present invention is carried out using the above-mentioned device, in the yarn selection and draw-out means 3, the yarn selection section 31 disposed on one side in the machine width direction is operated electrically or mechanically to Among the plurality of types of pile yarns p derived from 2, one of the corresponding pile yarns p is sequentially selected according to the arrangement order of the pile yarns in the weft direction for each machine in the patterned pile fabric. In addition, in response to this selection action, the selected pile yarn p is pulled out in the machine width direction by the movement of the rapier mechanism 32 and cut into a constant length.
Both ends of the thus cut pile yarn p are held by holding and feeding means 4, 4 provided on both sides in the width direction of the machine, and are fed intermittently in a direction perpendicular to the drawing direction. This one-time feeding distance corresponds to the interval between each yarn holding section 71 in the yarn holding member 7. Therefore, the pile yarns p selected and pulled out one after another in the same manner as described above are held at constant intervals by the holding and feeding means 4, and are intermittently fed in a parallel state.

By repeating such an action, it is possible to sequentially arrange the predetermined pile yarns p corresponding to the arrangement order of the pile yarns in the weft direction of one woven patterned pile fabric, and to form one end of each pile yarn p into a rod-shaped yarn. It can be warped while being held by the holding member 7. In the same manner, each pile weaving stage corresponding to one repeat of the pattern in the patterned pile fabric is warped in accordance with the pile arrangement.

Therefore, as shown in Fig. 7, the arrayed pile yarn P thus arranged and warped is fed by an endlessly rotating chain or the like, similar to the spool system in a patterned pile fabric weaving machine such as an Axminster loom. The yarn holding member 7 is used to suspend the pile yarns on the transfer means C in sequence, and in accordance with the weaving operation, the ends of each pile yarn p of each array P are sequentially transferred to the front of the weaving cloth until the pile length corresponds to the pile length. By pulling out a predetermined length and weaving it in, a patterned pile fabric can be woven. In particular, the pile yarn array P has a sash-like shape, and the thread holding member 7 has a relatively narrow width compared to a conventional spool, so that the distance between each array P, P can be made smaller than before.
The transport means C can be shortened accordingly, and a large number of arrays C can be suspended to weave a multicolored pile pattern with a large repeat length.

Further, as mentioned above, since the pile yarn array P forms a sash-like shape with one end of each pile yarn p held by the rod-shaped yarn holding member 7, the array P for one rebeat is stacked one after another. The material is made into a cassette shape, and this is placed in front of the weaving machine's weaving machine, and one by one from the top and bottom.
It becomes possible to weave by moving up and down step by step and supplying each pile yarn, and the bulk can be further reduced.

In the apparatus of this embodiment as well, similarly to the above case, the yarn selecting and pulling means 3 selects among the plurality of types of pile yarns p according to the arrangement order of the pile yarns in the weft direction for each woven fabric in the patterned pile fabric. , the corresponding pile yarns p are selected one by one, and in response to this selection action, the selected pile yarns p are pulled out in the machine width direction by the movement of the rapier mechanism and cut to a constant length. The pulled out pile yarn p is immediately held at one end by the holding and feeding means 4 disposed on one side in the machine width direction, and at the same time, at the other end, the yarn inserter operates in response to the pulling out action. The means 8 inserts and holds the thread into a predetermined thread holding portion 71 of the thread holding member 7 supplied from the rear. By repeating this process of sequentially holding and feeding the pile yarns that are sequentially selected and pulled out in a parallel state by the holding and feeding means and the yarn holding member, the weft direction of one woven patterned pile fabric can be moved in the same manner as described above. The pile yarns can be sequentially arranged in accordance with the arrangement order of the pile yarns, and each pile yarn can be warped with one end held by a rod-shaped yarn holding member.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, according to the warping method and apparatus of the present invention, the pile yarns can be warped according to the pile arrangement order in the weft direction for each weave in the patterned pile fabric to be woven. Since it is possible to sequentially and mechanically and continuously select and draw out the materials and arrange them, the materials can be efficiently arranged and warped without requiring any manual labor, and the process can be easily automated. Furthermore, even if the number of pile colors increases, it can be mechanically arranged and warped in the same way as described above.

Furthermore, one end of the thus arranged and warped pile threads is held in a removable manner by a rod-shaped thread holding member, so that the arranged state is reliably and well maintained, and the pile threads are easily handled. Further, the yarn holding member can be used as it is to supply and transfer means of a weaving machine such as an Axminster loom, and used for patterned pile fabrics. In particular, according to the pile yarn array using the yarn holding member described above, the interval between the arrays can be made smaller than before, so the transfer means can be shortened accordingly, and a large number of arrays can be hung to increase the repeat length. It becomes possible to weave large multicolored pile patterns.

[Scope of Claims] 1 Pile yarns of a plurality of types used in patterned pile fabrics are guided to one side in the machine width direction, and electrically or mechanically actuated yarn selection and drawing means are used to draw out pile yarns in patterned pile fabrics. In accordance with the arrangement order of the pile yarns in the weft direction for each weave, the corresponding pile yarns are selected one by one, and the selected pile yarns are pulled out in the width direction of the machine and cut to a certain length. The pile yarns are intermittently fed in a direction perpendicular to the pulling direction and arranged in parallel at regular intervals, and at the same time, a large number of yarn holding sections are arranged in a row to hold each pile yarn so that it can be pulled out in one direction. While intermittently moving the yarn holding member of the rod-shaped body in the same direction at one side in the machine width direction in response to the intermittent feeding action of the pile yarn, one end portion of each pile yarn is held at each yarn holding portion. A method for arranging and warping pile yarns for multicolored patterned pile fabrics, characterized by inserting and holding the pile yarns in a sequentially pullable manner in one direction. 2 Arrangement of pile yarns in the weft direction for each weave in a patterned pile fabric among multiple types of pile yarns arranged on one side in the machine width direction and guided by electrically or mechanically operated. Thread selection and pull-out means consisting of means for sequentially selecting any one yarn according to the order, and a rapier mechanism that operates in response to the selection action and pulls out the selected pile yarn in the width direction of the machine and cuts it to a constant length. and, equipped on both sides of the machine in the width direction, in response to the selective pulling-out action of the pile yarn, it holds both ends of a certain length of pile yarn that has been sequentially pulled out, and moves it in a direction perpendicular to the pulling-out direction. A holding and feeding means for pile yarns that is intermittently fed in a parallel state, and a large number of yarn holding parts that can hold each pile yarn so that it can be pulled out in only one direction are arranged in a row at regular intervals, and one side of the holding and feeding means is provided. a rod-shaped yarn holding member that is moved intermittently in parallel with the holding and feeding portion of the section in response to the feeding action; and one end portion of the pile yarn that is held by the holding and feeding means and is fed intermittently. A pile yarn for a multicolored patterned pile yarn fabric, characterized in that it is equipped with: a yarn insertion means for inserting a thread through each yarn holding portion of the yarn holding member so as to be able to be pulled out in one direction sequentially when the feeding is stopped; array warping device. 3 Arrangement of pile yarns in the weft direction for each weave in a patterned pile fabric among multiple types of pile yarns arranged on one side in the machine width direction and guided by electrically or mechanically operated. Thread selection and pull-out means consisting of means for sequentially selecting any one yarn according to the order, and a rapier mechanism that operates in response to the selection action and pulls out the selected pile yarn in the width direction of the machine and cuts it to a constant length. and, equipped on one side in the width direction of the machine, in response to the selective pulling-out action of the pile yarn, it holds one end of the pile yarn of a certain length that is sequentially pulled out, and moves it in a direction perpendicular to the pulling-out direction. A pile yarn holding/feeding means for intermittently feeding the pile yarns in parallel, and a large number of yarn holding sections capable of holding each pile yarn so that it can be pulled out in only one direction are arranged in a row at regular intervals, a rod-shaped yarn holding member that is moved intermittently in the same direction in response to the holding and feeding means; A pile yarn arranging and warping device for multicolored patterned pile fabrics, characterized in that it is equipped with a yarn insertion means for inserting the yarn into each yarn holding part of a holding member so as to be able to be pulled out in one direction in sequence;
