Traditionally, natural stone was used as the second choice for interior and exterior materials.
As shown in the figure, the remaining waste stone cut out from raw stone is used as a surface body 10, vertical grooves 11 are carved on the side surface of this surface body 10, and formwork legs (not shown) are inserted into the vertical grooves 11. After fitting, mortar or concrete 14 is poured onto the back surface 12 of the surface body 10 with or without adhesive 13, and mortar or concrete 14 is bonded to the back surface 12 of the surface body 10 made of waste stone (special stone block). 1986-
62704) is known.

In the conventional stone block, since vertical grooves 11 are provided on the side surface of the surface body 10 made of waste stone, a groove of at least 35 mm or more is required to prevent the stone from cracking even if the grooves are carved into the stone. This requires a large amount of stone, and in order to reduce the amount of stone used, thinner stones have less strength and are more likely to break, and cracks occur when creating vertical grooves. However, there was a problem in that stones were wasted, and if thicker stones were used to prevent cracking, they would be heavier, making workability worse, and a large amount of stones had to be used.

The purpose of this idea is to reduce the thickness of the stone and to obtain a composite board using natural stone thin plates with high strength.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, this invention takes the measure of a composite plate using a natural stone thin plate, which is made by laminating fiber-reinforced concrete 4 with dowel holes 3 on the upper and lower surfaces on the back side 2 of a natural stone thin plate 1. It is something.

Concrete 4 mixed with fibers as a backing material is poured to a thickness of 20 mm on the back side 2 of the natural stone thin plate 1 with a thickness of 15 mm so as to form dowel holes 3 on the top and bottom surfaces. A natural stone thin board-clad composite board was obtained by laminating fiber-reinforced concrete 4.

In this case, as the natural stone, marble, granite, or other suitable stone can be used, and as the fibers mixed in the concrete, synthetic fibers, carbon fibers, steel fibers, etc. can be used. Note that fiber-reinforced mortar may be used instead of fiber-reinforced concrete.

This idea allows for the effective use of stone resources by cutting out a large number of stones from the raw stone by making the stones into thin plates with a thickness of approximately 15 mm. The fiber-reinforced concrete is used to form dowel holes for connecting stones, so they do not crack like stones, so even if they are thin stones, they will not crack. However, there is no wastage of stone due to cracking, and it is lightweight, so it is easy to work with.
