By making the lead wires used for wiring thicker and by developing silent engines, the engine noise has become smaller, resulting in louder impact noise between the wire harness and the panel wall, which can cause discomfort to users. There's a problem.

As a tape, a fibrous base material having at least on its surface a fibrous structure that can be raised by adhering a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and peeling it off, a tape-like material capable of tightly binding objects to be bound, and objects to be bound. It has been proposed that a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer capable of firmly adhering to the surface of the substrate is laminated in this order, and then wound into a roll with the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer inside. 13118).

Wiring harnesses are also becoming more complex as they are used more frequently. Therefore, the diameter has changed from the conventional 20 to 30 m5 to 501 m11.
As described above, after the wire harness is bound using this type of sound-muffling binding tape, it becomes difficult to bend it to match the shape of the vehicle body, resulting in significantly poor workability.

With this, when the wire harness is bundled and bent, it is extremely easy to bend to match the shape of the vehicle body due to misalignment of the fibers, etc., and it is extremely easy to work and can be used for a wide range of applications. To provide an adhesive tape for wire harness binding which can be reliably and extremely easily bound.

By using adhesive tape as a single tape winding, it solves the problems of unwinding and adhesion to its own back surface without using a subbing agent, backing agent, or varnish treatment. At the same time, this kind of adhesive tape wire harness To obtain an adhesive tape for binding wire harnesses that can be easily unwound by preventing an adhesive layer from being transferred to its own back surface without reducing adhesive strength.

In addition, the wire harness can be tied reliably and extremely easily.

。On the other hand, in adhesive tape for binding wire harnesses,
In the case of a plain woven fabric in which the front and back surfaces of the fabric have the same smoothness, the anchoring force of the adhesive layer provided on one side of the fabric to the fabric and the adhesion force to its own back surface are significantly different. It is usually difficult to adjust the adhesive force to the back surface to be small, and kneading causes poor unwinding properties and also causes the adhesive layer to transfer to its own back surface.

If the fibers are folded, it is difficult to cause misalignment of the fibers, making it difficult to bend the fibers to fit the shape of the vehicle body, resulting in poor workability.

ある。(e) Effect The adhesive tape for wire harness bundling of the present invention has the above-mentioned structure, uses a non-faced satin woven fabric with different smoothness on the front and back surfaces as a tape-like object, and uses a satin woven fabric with a smooth surface on the smooth surface. By providing an adhesive layer on the tape and making it into an adhesive tape for binding wire harnesses, when the wire harnesses are bundled and folded, the wire harnesses can be bent to fit the shape of the car body very well due to misalignment of the fibers. We have it.

This superior surface smoothness also has the effect of increasing the adhesion to the wire harness.

を有する。Furthermore, in addition to this good surface smoothness, the warp and weft yarns do not intersect closely as in plain woven fabrics, and the thin warp yarns exhibit a long floating appearance, making it easy for the adhesive layer to dig into the fabric's holes. As a result, the anchoring force of the adhesive layer to the satin woven fabric is large, while the adhesive layer has a rough surface with a small adhesive area, so the adhesive force to this back surface is small, and as a result, the adhesive layer has a large anchoring force against the satin woven fabric. It has the effect of preventing the film from being transferred to its own back surface and making it easier to unwind it.

Since it is an adhesive tape for binding wire harnesses, when the wire harnesses are bound and folded with this tape, it is possible to bend the wire harnesses to fit the shape of the car body without misalignment of the fibers. It has superior flexibility compared to conventional plain woven fabrics with the same weft thickness and number of threads, so this adhesive tape for wire harness binding has excellent workability when wrapping wire harnesses, and can be used in a wide range of applications. In addition, it has the effect of making it possible to bundle the wire harness reliably and extremely easily.

When it is made into a rolled body, the adhesive layer is difficult to transfer to its own back surface, it is easy to unwind, and it has a strong adhesion to the wire harness. Since there is no need to use an adhesive, a backing agent, or a varnish treatment, various problems caused by these treatments do not occur, and the method is particularly advantageous in terms of cost and application.
