[Detailed description of the invention] (Field of industrial application) The present invention relates to a pole-mounted safety belt used to prevent falls when working at high places such as power transmission towers, and is particularly applicable to belts that are subject to falling impact forces. This was developed for a device that has the function of alleviating the impact load when a vehicle falls.

(Prior art) The impact load of a fall when wearing a safety belt is set at 900 kgf or less according to the Ministry of Labor's "Standards for Safety Belts," but it is preferable that this impact load be lower, so the belt of a pole-mounted safety belt is A method was devised to reduce the impact load by connecting the ring that connects the rope to the structure with a buffer. In other words, the ring sewn to the body support belt is the stand ring, the ring that holds the rope expansion/contraction adjuster is the square ring, and the stand ring and the square ring are connected so that they are integrated within a predetermined tensile load, and the It is configured so that it will separate when a higher impact load, that is, a fall impact load is applied,
The impact force of the fall was absorbed and alleviated by the release of the stitching thread of the cushioning body, which was made of overlapping stitching of the belt interposed therebetween.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, in the structure of the conventional invention, the buffer body interposed between the square ring and the belt is twisted once and inserted from between the belt material and the cushion material on the side, as shown in Figure 6. When a fall occurs, the corner ring separates from the stand ring, and when the polymerization of the narrow woven belt that makes up the shock absorber dissociates, the side of the belt is first torn apart. Next, the cushioning part that comes out from inside the belt stretches due to dissociation, but the cushioning body stored in the bag-shaped belt that is sewn around the belt material and cushion material that make up the belt stretches. The yarn is not released smoothly because it is biased toward the upper part of the bag, that is, the part that is inserted from the side of the belt after being twisted once, and the expected cushioning effect cannot be obtained, as seen in the cushioning waveform shown in Figure 7. The suture thread between the belt material and the cushion material near the insertion part was cut, and the action of the post-shock absorber began, and the time lag during this time was manifested as an increase in the initial impact load value. In addition to the cutting resistance of the suture thread between the belt material and the cushion material, there is torsion in the direction of the force that separates the corner ring from the stand ring and the direction of the force when pulling out the cushioning body from within the belt. Therefore, there remained a possibility that the two rings would not be separated smoothly.

In addition, since the exposed part of the shock absorber that is not directly related to the shock-absorbing effect, that is, the exposed part from when one side is connected to the corner ring to when the other side is inserted from the side of the belt, is long, the falling distance due to its extension is long. There was also the problem of collisions with other objects. In addition, there is a high possibility that the exposed portion of the buffer body will be worn out due to operations such as putting in and taking out the tool bag and tools attached to the safety belt, and coming into contact with other objects.

(Means for solving the problem) Therefore, in the present invention, the separation direction of the stand ring and the angle ring,
The above-mentioned problems are solved by making the direction of withdrawal of the buffer body and the direction of the dissociation action on the same line.

The square ring mounting base 5 is made of thick plate material, with one side of the belt insertion hole 51 serving as a middle side 52, the other side serving as a mounting side 53, and two ring holding pieces 54, 54 extending from the middle side 52 to the opposite side of the belt insertion hole 51. A receiving portion 57 is provided by curving the tip of the protruding piece 56 of the support plate 55 made of an elastic material, which is fixed to the lower side of the protruding base so as to face the ring holding pieces 54, 54. Ring holding space 5 between receiving part 57 and ring holding piece 54
8, and during assembly, a square ring 9 for connecting the rope portion is held in a fitted state. Also, the support plate 55
At the same mounting position, both open side ends of the approximately U-shaped leg portion 8 made of thin plate material are fixed, and the connecting side is sewn together with the outer tightening belt 3 as described above. One end of the buffer body 11 is sewn to the mounting side 91 of the corner ring 9 mounted in the ring holding space 58 of the corner ring mount 5 having the above structure.

The shock absorber 11 can be made by folding a narrow woven belt in the length direction and sewing them together with sewing thread, and absorbing and relieving the impact load by separating and cutting the threads, or by combining two narrow woven belts with twine. The yarn is polymerized and woven, and the impact load converted into tearing force is absorbed by cutting the yarn, and one end comes out from the belt extraction hole 4 of the body support belt 1 to the surface as described above, and the square ring 9
The other end is firmly sewn to the back surface of the body support belt 1, and after the intermediate buffer part 10 is folded and placed along the back surface of the body support belt 1, the entire back surface is covered with a cushion material 14.

The hook of the telescopic adjuster inserted through the rope is hooked to the corner ring 9 of the pole-mounted safety belt with the above configuration. Due to the applied impact load, the corner ring 9 slips out from the ring holding space 58 of the corner ring mount 5, and then the buffer part 10 on the back side of the body support belt 1, which is pulled by the sewn part of the corner ring 9 of the buffer body 11, While being pulled out from the extraction hole 4, the suture thread begins to dissociate.
This helps the worker stay in place and avoid a fall while alleviating the fall impact load.

(Effect of the invention) As described above, by using the invention of the present application, the direction in which the corner ring 9 is removed due to an impact load and the direction in which the shock absorber 11 is pulled out are on the same axis, and therefore, the shock-absorbing effect can be achieved as designed, and the test It is also reproducible and prevents unexpected impact forces from being applied. In addition, since the shock absorber 11 enters the back side of the torso support belt 1 through the belt ejection hole 4, there is no exposed part unlike in the conventional case, and this has the remarkable effect of preventing the strength of the shock absorber 11, which is made of synthetic fiber, from natural deterioration and wear. This allows the buffering effect set at the time of manufacture to be maintained.

In addition, since the buffer body 11 connected to the square ring 9 is not twisted and inserted into the side surface of the belt as in the conventional case, the length of the buffer body 11 can be designed to be short, and the length of the buffer body 11 can be designed to be short, so that it does not get attached to human objects due to its elongation during buffering. This also reduces the possibility of a collision.
