Once pressure sores form, they are extremely difficult to heal, so to prevent bedsores, caregivers should change their body position at regular intervals or use a crutch or pillow to avoid pressure on the same area for long periods of time. Although various precautions and measures have been taken, such as cleaning the skin, promoting blood circulation, and drying the skin, and paying attention to clothing and bedding to avoid rubbing the skin, it is still not enough. .

This ceramic coating agent consists of a binder, a solvent, fillers such as extender pigments, and additives. Examples of binders include silicates such as sodium silicate and zirconium silicate, phosphates such as aluminum phosphate, organosilicon compounds such as organoalkoxysilane, and organometallic compounds such as triethylaluminum and zirconium tetrapropoxide. used. As the solvent, water, alcohols, toluene, etc. are used. In this invention, silver is added to this ceramic coating agent as an antibacterial agent.
Used by adding metal ions such as copper and zinc.

The surface material is coated with an aqueous solution containing zinc nitrate or a mixture of two or more thereof, and then the alkoxysilane is hydrolyzed and polymerized. The solution becomes a sol and then a gel. At this time, antibacterial metal ions are adsorbed and supported in the alkoxysilane condensate, and as a result, the antibacterial polymeric silicon compound is present as a coating film on the surface of the surface material. The above-mentioned coating may be applied by brushing, air spraying, dipping, spinner, or the like, but from the viewpoint of uniformity and productivity, it is particularly desirable to perform the coating by printing using a ceramic ink containing a metal alkoxide as a vehicle.

Furthermore, since the antibacterial agent is stably bound within the coating film, it does not elute and is extremely safe and durable. In addition, the sheet of this invention has a ceramic coating layer on its surface that carries metal ions as an antibacterial agent, so it has a bactericidal effect on the parts that come into direct contact with the skin, so compared to other antibacterial agents. Effective in small amounts. Furthermore, since the surface of the applied surface material is coated with a thin ceramic film to create a composite agent, metal ions are less likely to fall off and are not eluted during use, so the bactericidal effect can be maintained for a long period of time.

Propyl-dimethyl-octadecyl-ammonium chloride (hereinafter referred to as a drug) combines the crosslinking power of an alkoxysilane with the bactericidal power of a quaternary ammonium salt. Because it has a reactive organic silane in its structure, it is hydrolyzed in an aqueous solution, and a dehydration bonding reaction occurs between the base material and the drug, as well as between the drugs themselves, forming a durable film on the surface of the base material. Therefore, problems caused by drug elution can be prevented. Therefore,
Antibacterial effect lasts for a long time. This antibacterial agent is impregnated into the surface material by padding, spraying, dipping, gravure coating, etc., and then dried (for example,
~150℃) and adhere to the surface of the surface material.

The organic short fibers include cellulose fibers such as pulp, synthetic fibers such as polyethylene, polypropylene, and polyester. Further, gas adsorbents such as activated carbon, zeolite, cristobalite, diatomaceous earth, and activated stone can also be added. Furthermore,
It is also possible to add and use silica gel, calcium chloride, magnesium chloride, etc. as a moisture absorbent.

By drying things, they can be easily used again.

In addition, since the superabsorbent polymer material is present in the space, even if the patient sweats, it is immediately absorbed, making it possible to remove moisture from the sheets and keep the skin dry. Furthermore, in the present invention, since an antibacterial agent is applied to the surface material covering the laminate made of materials having spaces, the patient's skin that comes into contact with the antibacterial agent is free from the growth of bacteria. Furthermore, the material constituting the sheets of the present invention is inexpensive, and manufacturing is extremely simple without any sewing work, so the sheets of the present invention are inexpensive and can be used as disposable sheets.
