[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention is an improvement of a sponge futon. The inventor of this invention has improved not only the material of the sponge futon, but also its shape and the cloth used to cover the material. The inventor of this invention has already discovered the benefits of not only using it alone, but also stacking multiple sponge futons together in 13081.
No. 1, and efforts have been made daily to put it into practical use, but the present invention is furthermore aimed at providing a practical product that is concrete and close to the ideal.

Actually, to add a little background to the completion of this invention, regarding the improvement of this type of bedding in the past,
It is no exaggeration to say that there has never been a comprehensive and specific analysis of the bedding itself, with the aim of improving it so that one can get enough sleep and sleep comfortably. If there are any studies from the physiological field, there are only scattered research presentation materials such as experimental data on individual quantitative ideas such as sleeping posture, texture, temperature and humidity characteristics of bedding, and there is no concrete research. In the current bedding world, there are almost no test and research materials that provide guidance on how to improve bedding.

First of all, as a result of various studies, I learned that the physiological conditions required for bedding, especially futons, in order to get a good night's sleep are as follows. This can be summarized in terms of: Comfort to the touch Ability to maintain ideal sleeping position Sensitivity to the floor CI value Appropriate hysteresis loss Research and development of ideal bedding involves a comprehensive study of environmental factors related to temperature and humidity.

Speaking of the meaning of the above factors, if we consider what kind of relationship good texture has with ideal bedding, that is, with a good night's sleep, we can't sleep well if the futon doesn't feel good on the skin.
Simply put, this means that there is no obstruction of blood flow.

What does the ideal ability to maintain a sleeping position mean? Naturally, sleeping in any position does not guarantee a good night's sleep; an ideal position is required.

When a standard person is 165 cm tall and weighs 60 kg, the lumbar region is said to have a depression of 4.5 cm when standing, and when lying down, that is, when lying on the back, the lumbar region is 2 to 2 cm.
A dent of 3 cm is comfortable, and a dent of more than 4 cm causes discomfort. In addition, bedding with a small thickness of about 1 cm, that is, bedding with strong elasticity, causes a feeling of thrusting up, which also causes discomfort.

Regarding moderate hysteresis loss, one thing is to improve the rolling ability. If the loss is large, there will be no recovery when the load is removed, and it will feel like lying on clay. This leads to discomfort, and when the loss is small, a feeling of thrusting occurs, which makes it difficult to turn over and causes discomfort during use, so research into this element is also important.

As mentioned above, the purpose of the present invention is to obtain bedding that is close to the ideal, but in particular, the present invention provides a further development of the double-ply bedding idea of Utility Application No. 13081/1983 mentioned above. There it is.

One embodiment of the present invention is shown in the drawings.
As shown in the figure and FIG.
The pitch between the deep valleys b in the longitudinal direction is 55 mm, and the pitch between the shallow valleys c in the diagonal direction is 39 mm. When compressed by 25% by forming many unevenness

In the case of a thickness of 35 mm at that time, the depth of the deep valley part b is 23 mm, and the depth of the shallow valley part c is 11.5 mm.
In the case of a thickness of 45 mm, the ideal values are that the depth of the deep valleys b is 30 mm and the depth of the shallow valleys c is 15.0 mm. At that time, the pitch between the deep valleys b on the front, back, left and right is
55mm is fine, and the pitch between the deep valleys c in the diagonal direction is
It should be 39mm. In the first place, the material sponge has the property that the initial softness rate becomes more effective by making the surface uneven compared to the flat surface. On the other hand, when the amount of strain is increased, a sudden load is required.

For bedding, it is better if the relationship between load and strain does not change dramatically. When a sudden change is applied, a foreign body sensation occurs at the point of change. Therefore, it is best to draw a smooth hysteresis curve.

It was discovered that the relationship between the load and the amount of strain is related to the height of the unevenness, and from the CI value, the hysteresis curve up to 65% strain should be smooth for bedding. This is to check the CI value for bedding, especially for sponge-based futons.
This is because up to 65% is involved as a numerical value, so it can be considered as the maximum value.

For example, considering the case where a material with a thickness of 80 mm is compressed to 65%, it is only necessary to allow the unevenness to interact with each other up to 65%, and this 65% is 52 mm.
Therefore, it is sufficient if the unevenness is 52 mm.

However, if the peaks are too high, the ideal shape cannot be maintained during use. In other words, if only the peaks are high, the shape tends to be broken in the middle.

Therefore, 65% with double structure instead of single structure
It is sufficient to mold a height of 52 mm, which is the hardness of .

ダブルの場合1つの山の高さは、 52mm÷2=26mm≒25mm となる。 In the case of double, the height of one mountain is 52mm÷2=26mm≒25mm becomes.

一枚当りの圧は40mmなので、 40−25=15mmがベース部分となる。 The pressure per piece is 40mm, so 40-25=15mm is the base part.

Furthermore, we have discovered that the bedding effect can be doubled by using urethane foam of the same quality and thickness.

To explain one example, it is necessary to distribute the load equally between the upper and lower crests. In other words, when the upper mountain collapses, the lower mountain also collapses.

On the other hand, the hysteresis curve of one of the two sponge layers is as shown in Figure 3, but due to the double structure, the amount of distortion against load increases, and the hardness is close to 65%, which is related to sleep, as shown in Figure 4. It is possible to obtain a smooth hysteresis curve down to the pen.

If we associate the same substance with different thicknesses, there should be a curve in the middle and an inflection point, and we should experience a degree of foreign body sensation.

In this invention, the thickness of the sponge body is approximately 40mm,
On the surface of the sponge, deep valleys of about 25 mm in the front, back, left and right directions are provided, and shallow valleys of about 12.5 mm in the diagonal direction are provided, and the pitch in the front, back, left and right directions is lengthened, and the pitch in the diagonal direction is shortened to create unevenness. When compressed by 25%, the weight is approximately 6.8 kg/
314cm 2 , approximately 20.7Kg/314cm 2 hard when compressed at 65%,
Since several of these sponge bodies are stacked one on top of the other with the uneven surfaces on top, it is possible to obtain a mattress that is comfortable to sleep on without feeling any foreign matter during use.
