Sometimes, this mold is made of inexpensive foamed resin and used as a mold by applying a hardening agent to its outer surface.

であつた。 However, in this case, since the foamed resin is extremely lightweight and easily damaged, there is no suitable means for fixing it to the table, and even if you try to cut it mechanically with a milling machine, the resin mold will move or float, making it difficult to accurately cut the mold. The reality was that carving was done by hand because it was difficult to obtain.

The foamed resin to be processed is placed on a processing table with a large number of permanent magnets arranged on the top surface and a large number of air suction ports arranged open, and the upper surface of the processing table other than the part on which the resin is placed is covered with a film or sheet. The bottom surface of the foamed resin is sucked through the suction port by a suction machine to attract the resin onto the processing table, and magnetic metal blocks are closely attached to the front and back and/or left and right sides of the resin, and the blocks are covered with the foamed resin. This method is characterized in that the resin is fixed by being attracted to the permanent magnet on the upper surface of the processing table through a film.
以下、本発明法の実施例を図により説明する。 Hereinafter, embodiments of the method of the present invention will be explained with reference to the drawings.

In addition, the upper surface of the magnet 2 is buried so as to be flush with the upper surface of the processing table 1, so that the upper surface of the processing table 1 becomes a flat surface.

The upper surface of the processing table 1 other than the part A on which the workpiece is placed is covered with a thin film or sheet such as a vinyl film to close the suction port 3 so that air can be sucked only from the part A. Note that the size of the portion A is preferably slightly smaller than the bottom surface of the resin 8.

The bottom surface is strongly attracted to the processing table 1 by the suction from each suction port 3 in the A section, thereby suppressing the floating of the resin 8 (FIG. 3B).

When the block 10 is brought into close contact with the block 10, the block 10 is strongly attracted to the upper surface of the processing table 1 through the film 9 by the magnet 2 on the lower side, and as a result, the resin 8 is completely prevented from shifting in the lateral direction. It is possible to produce a foamed resin mold with a desired shape.

Then, general machining and NC processing can be performed. This means that, for example, when using foamed resin as a casting model, the cost is about 1/2 to 1/5 of that of conventional wooden molds, resulting in significant cost reductions and production costs for the entire casting product. It can contribute to improving sexual performance, and its economic effects are extremely large.
