Claims (1)
動ふるいと、粉末状の吸水性ポリマーを貯留する
吸水性ポリマー用タンクと、この吸水性ポリマー
用タンク内の粉末状の吸水性ポリマーを供給する
供給機と、所定濃度の抗菌剤の水溶液を貯留する
抗菌剤用タンクと、この抗菌剤用タンクから抗菌
剤を供給するポンプと、上記振動ふるいによつて
分離された破砕厨芥と供給機によつて供給された
吸水性ポリマーとポンプによつて供給された抗菌
剤とを混練する混練機とで構成したことを特徴と
する破砕厨芥処理装置。 (2) 破砕厨芥を含有する廃水を固液分離する振
動ふるいと、粉末状の吸水性ポリマーを貯留する
吸水性ポリマー用タンクと、この吸水性ポリマー
用タンク内の吸水性ポリマーを供給する吸水性ポ
リマー用供給機と、粉末状の抗菌剤を貯留する抗
菌剤用タンクと、この抗菌剤用タンクから抗菌剤
を供給する抗菌剤用供給機と、上記振動ふるいに
よつて分離された破砕厨芥と吸水性ポリマー用供
給機によつて供給された吸水性ポリマーと抗菌剤
用供給機によつて供給された抗菌剤とを混練する
混練機とで構成したことを特徴とする破砕厨芥処
理装置。 (3) 破砕厨芥を含有する廃水を固液分離する振
動ふるいと、粉末状の吸水性ポリマーと粉末状の
抗菌剤とを混合して貯留する粉体用タンクと、こ
の粉体用タンク内の吸水性ポリマーと抗菌剤との
混合物を供給する粉体用供給機と、上記振動ふる
いによつて分離された破砕厨芥と粉体用供給機に
よつて供給された吸水性ポリマーと抗菌剤とを混
練する混練機とで構成したことを特徴とする破砕
厨芥処理装置。 (4) 請求項1乃至3の何れか記載の破砕厨芥処
理装置に於て、混練機内の破砕厨芥量を検知する
センサが設けられていることを特徴とする破砕厨
芥処理装置。 (5) 請求項1乃至4の何れか記載の破砕厨芥処
理装置に於て、振動ふるいは、ポンプ等の供給手
段を介して破砕厨芥を貯留する貯留槽と連絡して
いることを特徴とする破砕厨芥処理装置。 (6) 請求項1乃至5の何れか記載の破砕厨芥処
理装置に於て、混練機内の破砕厨芥量が所定量に
達すると、破砕厨芥を振動ふるいに送る供給手段

理装置に於て、混練機内に圧縮空気を供給して付
