The first one covers the top and bottom surfaces of the cable rack with a board and a protection plate, and the second one has a shielding plate attached to the bottom of the lower girder.
In the third type, a shield covering the lower surface is suspended from the upper edge of the main girder via a spring, and in the fourth type, the outside of the cable rack is completely surrounded by a composite sheet.

It is difficult to install cables in existing cable racks.

When this happened, the heat caused the springs to stretch, causing them to lose their fire protection ability in a short period of time. In addition, since the cable rack hanging bracket attached to the lower edge of the cable rack for hanging the cable rack from the ceiling etc. cannot be accommodated between the cable rack and the shield, the cable rack hanging bracket is installed. It is difficult to attach the shield to an existing cable rack, and if a cable rack hanging fitting or the like is mistakenly placed between these, a gap will be created and the shield will not be able to prevent flames from entering the cable rack.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a cable rack fire protection device that is attached to a cable rack suspended by hanging fittings.

とする。[Structure of the invention] (Means for solving the problem) In order to achieve the above-mentioned purpose, this invention is based on a cable that is installed and laid on a cable rack that is suspended by attaching a cable rack hanging fitting to the lower end edge. In a fire prevention device for attaching a cable rack to protect a cable rack from fire, a heat-resistant plate is formed to cover the lower surface of a cable rack consisting of a plurality of child girders installed at predetermined intervals between a pair of left and right main girders facing each other, On the lower surface of the heat-resistant plate, a protective plate having an upwardly facing U-shaped cross section is provided in such a way that both release pieces are overlapped so that they can cover the lower side of the main girder with an appropriate interval, and
Both release pieces of this protection plate are formed as bendable plates that can be raised and lowered, and on the other hand, between the heat-resistant plate and the lower surface of the main girder, the cable rack hanging fitting can be accommodated therebetween, and also serves as a heat insulating layer. A spacer that forms a gap is interposed between the spacer, the heat-resistant plate, and the protective plate, and it can be freely attached and detached with a set screw by penetrating the threaded part of the suspension bolt that hangs and hangs from the upper end of the main girder. This is the means to solve the problem.

This is a heat-resistant plate placed on the bottom surface of the cable rack P to protect the cables Q inside the cable rack P from flames in the event of a fire. The material of this heat-resistant plate 1 is planned to be a fire-resistant material such as a calcium silicate plate or other ceramic board, but the material can be selected arbitrarily. The heat-resistant plate 1 is formed to be slightly wider than the width of the cable rack P, and is provided so that both ends of the heat-resistant plate 1 protrude from both sides of the cable rack P.

Therefore, in the illustrated example, bolt insertion holes 2B and bolt insertion holes 1A are bored in the four corners of the plate surfaces of the protection plate 2 and the heat-resistant plate 1, which protrude from both ends of the cable rack P, respectively.
A hanging bolt 4 is inserted through the holder and fixed with a set screw 5. (See Figure 2).

It is bent at an angle of 90 degrees to cover the longitudinal side of the heat-resistant plate 1 and the lower side of the main girder P1 of the cable rack P. Also,
By bending this side plate 2A upward from the protection plate 2 at an angle of 45 degrees, it is possible to widen the shielding area against flames from below and enhance the heat shielding effect.

This spacer 3 is interposed between the cable rack P and the heat-resistant plate 1 to form a gap 〓S between them, and the gap 〓S is
As a heat insulating layer that separates the cable rack P and the heat resistant plate 1, it enhances the heat resistance effect of the heat resistant plate 1, and is attached to the lower end of the cable rack P.
It is possible to accommodate a cable rack hanging fitting (not shown) for suspending the cable rack in a predetermined position, so that this invented fire prevention device can be installed without any problem even on a cable rack P with a cable rack hanging fitting attached to the lower end. It is intended to do so.

A pair of fixing metal fittings 6 formed with a locking piece 6C and a pair of fixing metal fittings 6 formed with a locking piece 6C are formed, and these are overlapped and locked to the hanging bolt 4, and a heat-resistant plate is formed between the locking part 6B and the locking piece 6C. A side plate 1B is sandwiched therebetween. With such two fixing metal fittings 6, it is possible to securely attach the heat-resistant side plate 1B.

Even if the cable rack hanging fittings (not shown) attached to the lower end of P are approximately L-shaped, the invented fire prevention device can be installed without any trouble because the cable rack hanging fittings are accommodated in this gap. It is possible.

A cable rack P is inserted between the spacer 3, the heat-resistant plate 1, and the protection plate 2, with a spacer 3 interposed between them that can accommodate a cable rack hanging fitting and also forms a heat insulating layer. Since the hanging bolt 4, which is hooked and suspended from the upper end of the main girder P1, is removably tightened with the fixing screw 5, it can of course be attached to the existing cable rack P. It can be easily attached to a suspended cable rack P by attaching a cable rack hanging fitting to the lower edge.

It is possible to prevent hot air from entering from between S and to increase the heat shielding effect by widening the shielding area against fire from below when it is laid down horizontally.

Since the fixing screw 5 is tightened to the threaded part 4B of the cable rack P, the spacer 3, heat-resistant plate 1, and protection plate 2 are firmly attached to the cable rack P side, so that vibrations such as earthquakes can be avoided. The installation was extremely stable, even against fire and fire.

In addition, it can be firmly attached without being affected by vibration or flame, making it extremely suitable for disaster prevention.Furthermore, it is detachable, allowing cables to be rebranched downwards or installed in cable rack P. It has various practical effects such as facilitating repair and inspection.

ーブルラツク取付用防火装置。 In a cable rack installation fire protection device that protects laid cables from fire by attaching cable rack hanging fittings to the lower edge of the suspended cable rack, a predetermined interval is provided between a pair of opposing left and right master girders. A heat-resistant plate is formed to cover the bottom surface of the cable rack, which is made up of a plurality of sub-girders.
Both of the release pieces are overlapped so as to be able to cover the lower side of the main girder at an appropriate interval, and both of the release pieces of the protection plate are formed as bendable plates that can be raised and lowered, On the other hand, a spacer is interposed between the heat-resistant plate and the lower surface of the main girder to form a space between which the cable rack hanging fitting can be accommodated and which also serves as a heat insulating layer. A fire protection device for attaching a cable rack, characterized in that the protective plate is removably fastened to the protective plate by a set screw that passes through the threaded part of a hanging bolt that hangs and hangs from the upper end of the main girder.
