中と判定されたときに前記計測時間と今回の設定
タイミングで設定された燃料供給量に対応する供
給時間とを比較する比較手段と、今回の供給時間
が前記計測時間以下のときに燃料供給手段の作動
を強制的に停止させる燃料供給停止手段と、を備
