(Problem to be solved by the invention) Therefore, when draining water, it is necessary to go to the bathroom, pull out the drain plug, and drain the water, which reduces the convenience by half. Therefore, it may be possible to automate the drainage, but most of the manufacturers that make the heat source equipment and the bathtub are different, and the installation work is done by a construction company. Since the things to be done are different, when installing an automatic drain plug on the bathtub side, extra work such as electrical wiring is required, which makes the installation work that much more troublesome. In view of the current situation, the purpose of the present invention is to provide a device that can easily automate drainage with almost no increase in construction compared to conventional devices.

What is shown in the figure shows a heat source device main body 3 equipped with a heat source 1 and a heat exchanger 2 heated by the heat source 1 placed outdoors, and a bathtub 4 installed indoors on the second floor. Hot water is supplied from exchanger 2 through hot water supply path 5
Furthermore, a drainage channel 6 is provided to drain water from the bathtub 4 through the heat source device main body 3,
An electromagnetic switching valve 7 was interposed as an electrically controlled switching valve in the heat source device main body 3 of the drainage channel 6. To explain this in more detail, the hot water supply path 5 has its distal end directly connected to the bathtub 4, and branches off from the vicinity of the bathtub 4 into a branch path 10 having a drop faucet 8 and a shower head 9 at its distal end. and an electromagnetic switching valve 14 for switchingly connecting the heat exchanger side opening 11 to the branching path side opening 12 and the bathtub side opening 13 in the branching path 10.
is provided so that hot water from the heat exchanger 2 can be supplied from the drop faucet 8 via the hot water supply path 5, or can be showered from the shower head 9, or hot water can be directly supplied to the bathtub 4. . Then, a branch passage 6a is branched at a position of the hot water supply passage 5 facing into the heat source device main body 3, and the water supply passage 5, the branch passage 6a, and a return passage 18 to be described later constitute the drainage passage 6, The heat exchanger side opening 15 faces the electromagnetic switching valve 7 which is switched and connected to the drain channel side opening 16 and the bathtub side opening 17, and by switching the electromagnetic switching valve 7, the heat exchanger side opening 15 is connected to the bathtub side opening 16 and the bathtub side opening 17. The bathtub 4 can be switched between a state in which hot water is supplied to the bathtub 4 and a state in which hot water in the bathtub 4 can be drained through a drainage channel 6. Reference numeral 18 denotes a return path for returning hot water from the bathtub 4 to the heat exchanger 2. A pump 19 is interposed in the return path 18, and the pump 19 transfers hot water from the bathtub 4 to the bathtub 4 and the heat exchanger 2. A water supply water channel 20 is connected to the return passage 18 located in the heat source device main body 3, and an opening 21 on the heat exchanger side of the return passage 18 is connected to the connection part. , an electromagnetic switching valve 24 selectively connected to the water supply port 22 and the bathtub side opening 23 of the water supply channel 20 is provided, and by switching the electromagnetic switching valve 24, the water is transferred from the water supply channel 20 through the heat exchanger 2. It is possible to switch between a state where hot water can be supplied and a state where hot water in the bathtub 4 is forced to circulate between the bathtub 4 and the heat exchanger 2. Therefore, the electromagnetic coils 14a and 24a of the electromagnetic switching valves 14 and 24
is connected to a power source 28 via a main switch 25 and a changeover switch 26 as shown in FIG. It is connected to the power supply 28 via the operated switches 27, and these switches operate the electromagnetic switching valves 14, 24.
and an electromagnetic switching valve 7, and a detection switch 29 for detecting drainage, such as a flow switch that intervenes in the drainage channel 6, is inserted in the electromagnetic coil 7a, so that the operation is automatically performed after drainage is completed. A switch 3 which enables the electromagnetic coil 7a to be switched to a non-excited state and which intervenes in the excitation circuit 32 of the electromagnetic valve 31 which intervenes in the gas supply path 30 of the gas burner as the heat source 1 while the detection switch 29 is in operation.
3 to prevent the gas burner from being accidentally activated while draining water. 34 is a check valve interposed in the water supply channel 20, and 35 is a main switch interposed in the excitation circuit 32.

次に本装置の作動を説明する。 Next, the operation of this device will be explained.

While closing the main switch 25, the changeover switch 2
6 is closed and the changeover switch 27 is operated in the direction of opening, the electromagnetic coils 14a and 24a are excited, and the electromagnetic changeover valves 14 and 24 are switched from the state shown in FIG. 2 to the downwardly moved state. Therefore, if the heat exchanger 2 is heated by the heat source 1 while water is supplied from the water channel 20, hot water can be supplied from the drop-in faucet 8 to the bathtub 4 or the shower head 9 can be heated.
You can take a shower from here.

Then, when additional heating is required, open the main switch 25, and when doing so, turn off the electromagnetic coil 1.
4a and 24a are de-energized, and the electromagnetic switching valve 1
4 and 24 are switched to the raised position shown in FIG. Thereby, the hot water in the bathtub 4 can be circulated between the heat exchanger 2 and the bathtub 4 via the hot water supply path 5 return path 18, and thereby the heat exchanger 2 performs reheating.

After taking a bath, to drain the hot water in the bathtub 4, the main switch 25 is closed, the changeover switch 26 is opened, and the changeover switch 27 is operated in the direction of closing. In this way, the electromagnetic coils 14a and 24a are not excited and the electromagnetic switching valves 14 and 24 are in the upper position, and the electromagnetic coil 7a is energized and the electromagnetic switching valve 7 is in the upper position.
move up. Therefore, the hot water in the bathtub 4 flows into the drainage channel 6.
At the same time, the pump 29
When activated, the hot water in the bathtub 4 is drained from the drain channel 6 via the heat exchanger 2.
