<Conventional technology> Conventionally, the lower side of the upper row of wallboards is overlapped with the upper surface of the lower row of wallboards, and the wallboards are pasted upward.
In some cases, large walls are constructed.

When constructing this type of wall, generally the wall boards are fixed to the supporting girders or pillars with nails, etc. by penetrating the upper and lower row wall boards at the overlap between the upper surface of the lower row wall board and the lower back surface of the lower row wall board. What will happen will be done.

However, with the above-mentioned fixing means, the fixing nails are exposed on the surface of the wallboard, which impairs the appearance of the wall.In addition, when constructing a wall with armor using inorganic wallboards, in advance, prepare the inorganic wallboards for nailing. In addition to the problem of having to make the material softer and sacrificing some of the functions required for exterior wall materials such as waterproofness and strength, no matter how soft the material is, the chipping properties of inorganic board materials must be completely eliminated. Since it was not possible to do this, it had the disadvantage that cracking occurred at the nailed point. To solve this problem, for example, as disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 50-105724, the front edge of the metal fitting that fixes the upper edge of the lower row of wall boards is folded back upwards, and this part is used to secure the upper row of wall panels. A structure is known in which direct nailing of the wall board can be omitted by receiving the lower edge of the wall board.

<Problems with the prior art> However, with the above fixing means, the folded part of the metal fittings that support the lower edge of the upper row of wall boards is exposed on the wall board surface, which is very noticeable. Applying inconspicuous coloring of the same color,
There was a problem in that it was necessary to prepare such painted metal fittings in advance, which caused troublesome work.

<Problems to be solved by the invention> In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks, this invention uses a material for the wallboard that is water absorption resistant and has high strength, so that even if the wallboard is hard, it can be fixed securely and easily. This was done for the purpose of providing a fixing structure for armored wall panels.

<Technology that solved the problem> The fixing structure of the armor wall board of this invention has a base fixed to the supporting member of the armor wall board, and
The upper and lower rows of armor wallboards are supported through metal fitting pieces that are folded back so that their lower ends extend along the lower end surface of the upper row of wallboards along the overlapping interface between the lower and upper row of wallboards. At the same time, a fitting groove that engages with the upper folded piece formed at the tip of the metal fitting piece is formed on the lower end surface of the upper row armor wall plate, and the lower end surface on the back side of the fitting groove is formed on the bottom side of the front side. It is characterized in that it is lower than the end face by at least the thickness of the metal fitting piece.

The fixing structure of the armored wall board of this invention is such that the base 1A is the supporting member 3 of the armored wall boards 2A, 2B,
For example, it is fixed to a column or girder with nails or screws 4,
And the lower end 1B is the lower row wall board 2A and the upper row wall board 2
The upper and lower rows of armored wall panels 2A, 2B are connected to each other through the metal fitting piece 1 which is folded back to extend along the lower end surface 2B' of the upper row of wall panels 2B along the overlapping interface with the upper row of wall panels 2A and 2B.
is supported, and the upper row armor wall plate 2
On the lower end surface 2B' of B, the lower end surface 2B' on the back side is lower than the lower end surface on the front side by the thickness of the metal fitting piece 1 as shown in the figure, and there is an upper folded piece formed at the tip of the metal fitting piece 1. A fitting groove 5 is formed to engage with the folding piece 1C, and the folded piece 1C is fitted into the fitting groove 5 and fixed.

<Function> In the case of the armored wall board fixing structure according to this invention, as shown in FIG. It is fixed to the surface of the member 3, and the lower end of the wall plate 2B in the upper row is supported by the engagement with the upper folded piece 1C of the metal fitting piece 1 and the fitting groove 5, and in the end, one metal piece 1 is used for the upper and lower rows of wall plates 2B. Wall plates 2A, 2B
is fixed without direct nailing to the wallboard.

<Effects> Since this invention is constructed as described above, even if the inorganic wall board has high hardness, it can be securely fixed without the need for nailing, etc. Moreover, the metal fitting pieces are made of folded thin metal plates. It can be formed by bending, and fitting grooves etc. can be easily formed in the wall board etc. during manufacturing by extrusion method, so it is easy to implement.Furthermore, the folded piece of the metal fitting can be hidden deep inside the lower end surface on the front side. Since it is not exposed on the surface of the wall board, it is inconspicuous, and no matter what color metal fittings are used, there is no need for any post-processing, which has various effects such as simplifying the construction process.
