[Detailed description of the invention] [Field of industrial application] The present invention is a system for draining standing water, especially rainwater flowing into a pit (manhole) which is usually closed with an iron lid and has a water pipe valve set inside. This invention relates to a drainage mechanism for draining standing water such as water to the ground.

Generally, the water pipes that supply water to each home are equipped with a valve to adjust the water pressure, and the valve is usually set in a pit formed in the ground to perform repairs and other work. I am learning how to do it.

However, sewage such as rainwater flows into the pit mentioned above, and when it reaches a certain amount, it must be drained. Conventionally, workers enter the pit and use a pump to pump it out. This was troublesome, and during maintenance work, the valve was submerged in the standing water, making inspections difficult.

Therefore, the present invention was devised by focusing on the above-mentioned conventional situation, and it solves this problem by automatically draining the standing water in the pit to the ground without any particular intervention by the operator. It is an object of the present invention to provide a drainage mechanism for standing water that can prevent environmental deterioration by keeping the standing water in a pit below a certain amount.

In order to achieve this purpose, the standing water drainage mechanism according to the present invention connects a movable rod equipped with a weight having a weight corresponding to the water pressure on the primary side to a diaphragm that communicates with the primary side of the water pipe. A swinging rod with one end fixed to the movable rod is supported by a support body, a piston member is suspended from the other end of the swinging rod, and a check valve is provided which partially overlaps with the piston member. A drain pipe is formed above the piston member.

As mentioned above, the diaphragm connected to the primary side of the water pipe is equipped with a weight equivalent to the pressure on the primary side, and a piston member is provided via the weight and the swinging rod, thereby reducing the water pressure on the primary side. When the water pressure rises above the average value, the piston member descends and pumps up the standing water, and when the water pressure on the primary side falls below the average value, the piston member pulls up and pushes the collected water out of the drain pipe.

FIG. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view showing the drainage mechanism for standing water according to the present invention. In the figure, 1 is a concrete pit housed in a hole formed in the ground. The opening is covered with an iron lid 2. A water pipe 3, particularly a pressure reducing valve for adjusting water pressure, is disposed within the pit 1, and a diaphragm 5 is connected to the primary side of the water pipe 3 via a pipe 4. This diaphragm 5 has a weight 6 at its upper end having a weight corresponding to the average value of the water pressure on the primary side of the water pipe 3.

Further, the movable rod 7 is fixed to one end of a swinging rod 10 supported at one point on a support 9, and the swinging rod 1
A piston member 12 is suspended from the other end of the piston 1 via a vertical suspension rod 11, and the piston member 12 is disposed in a cylinder chamber 13 in the pit 1 with its upper surface closed. There is. Also, 14 in the figure
A rubber plate serving as a check valve member is cantilever-supported on the side wall of the cylinder chamber 13 by bolts 15, and a portion of the rubber plate 14 is partially overlapped with the upper surface of the piston member 12. Further, in one corner of the upper surface of the cylinder chamber 13, a drain pipe 17 is formed, the tip of which opens into a gutter 16 on the ground. Note that A in the figure indicates standing water that has flowed into the pit 1.

That is, according to the drainage mechanism for standing water according to the present invention, by utilizing fluctuations in water pressure on the primary side of the water pipe 3,
When the water pressure on the primary side rises above the average value, the diaphragm 5 is actuated, the swinging rod 10 is tilted, and the piston member 12 is lowered. The piston member 12 is forcibly guided upward within the chamber 13, and conversely, when the water pressure on the primary side drops below the average value, the piston member 12 is pulled up and the collected water is discharged to the side gutter 16 through the drain pipe 17. That's what I do.

As described above, according to the drainage mechanism for standing water according to the present invention, the system uses fluctuations in the water pressure on the primary side of the water pipe (difference in water consumption depending on day and night) to automatically drain the standing water in the pit. Since water can be drained to the ground, the environment inside the pit is always improved and cumbersome manual drainage work is no longer necessary.
