However, sewage such as rainwater flows into the pit mentioned above, and when it reaches a certain amount, it must be drained. Conventionally, workers enter the pit and use a pump to pump it out. Moreover, during maintenance work, the valves were submerged in the standing water, making inspections, etc. difficult.

Therefore, the present invention was devised by focusing on the above-mentioned conventional situation, and it solves this problem by automatically draining the standing water in the pit to the ground without any particular intervention by the operator. It is an object of the present invention to provide a drainage mechanism for standing water that can prevent environmental deterioration by keeping the standing water in a pit below a certain amount.

In order to achieve this purpose, the standing water drainage mechanism according to the present invention includes a piston energized by a spring having a tension corresponding to the water pressure on the primary side, in a cylinder communicating with the primary side of the water pipe. a check valve member having a support plate fixed to one end of the spring and partially overlapped with a support plate formed smaller than the diameter of the cylinder;
It is characterized in that a drain pipe is connected to the cylinder below the permanent position of the piston member.

[Function] As mentioned above, by providing a piston member energized by a spring equal to the water pressure on the primary side in the cylinder that communicates with the primary side of the water pipe, the water pressure on the primary side becomes lower than the average value. When the water pressure on the primary side rises above the average value, the piston member is pushed down and the collected water is forced out of the drain pipe.

FIG. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view showing the drainage mechanism for standing water according to the present invention. In the figure, 1 is a concrete pit housed in a hole formed in the ground. The opening is covered with an iron lid 2. A water pipe 3, particularly a pressure reducing valve for adjusting water pressure, is disposed within the pit 1, and a cylinder 4 is connected to the primary side of the water pipe 3. This cylinder 4 is composed of a small-diameter connecting portion 4a that connects to the primary side of the water pipe 3, and a large-diameter working portion 4b that communicates with the connecting portion 4a and is orthogonal to the bottom surface of the pit 1. .
A disk-shaped piston member (celep) 5 whose circumferential surface is in contact with the inner surface of the working part 4b is provided in this large-diameter working part 4b, and this piston member 5 has a lower surface. A substantially central position is supported and biased by a spring 6. The lower end of this spring 6 is formed to be smaller in size than the working part 4b, and a part thereof is fixed to a support plate 7 fixed to the inner surface of the working part 4b using an adjustment bolt 8, and its tension is It is said to be equivalent to the average water pressure on the primary side of the water pipe 3.

Further, reference numeral 9 in the figure has one end fixed to the inner surface of the working part 4b with a screw 10 or the like at a position opposite to the support plate 7 described above, and a part of the free end side is overlapped with the upper surface side of the support plate 7. It is a rubber plate used as a check valve member, and 11 in the figure is a position between the permanent position of the piston member 5 and the inside of the support plate 7, and is connected to the working part 4b, and the other end is connected to the gutter 12 on the ground. This is an open drain pipe, and A indicates standing water that has flowed into the pit 1.

That is, according to the drainage mechanism for standing water according to the present invention, fluctuations in the water pressure on the primary side of the water pipe 3 are utilized, and when the water pressure on the primary side falls below the average value, the piston member 5 releases the spring inside the working part 4b. 6, and as the water rises, the standing water A is sucked up so as to displace the plate rubber 9 and is accommodated in the working part 4b, and the water pressure on the primary side of the water pipe 3 exceeds the average value. The standing water sucked up into the working part 4b when the piston member 5 rotates is pushed out through the drain pipe 11 by the descent of the piston member 5, and is discharged into the side gutter 12.

As described above, according to the drainage mechanism for standing water according to the present invention, the system uses fluctuations in the water pressure on the primary side of the water pipe (difference in water consumption depending on day and night) to automatically drain the standing water in the pit. Since water can be drained to the ground, the environment inside the pit is always improved and cumbersome manual drainage work is no longer necessary.
