本考案は溜り水の排水機構、特に通例は鉄蓋で
閉塞され、内部に水道管のバルブをセツトしたピ
ツト(マンホール)内に流れ込んだ雨水等の溜り

量以下に保ち、環境の悪化を未然に防止すること
ができる溜り水の排水機構を提供することを目的
としている。

記シリンダーの径より小さく形成された支持板に
一部を重合させた逆止弁部材を備えるとともに、
前記ピストン部材の常駐位置より下方で前記シリ
ンダーに排水管を接続していることを特徴として
いる。

が平均値より上昇するとピストン部材が押し下げ
られて、吸い上げている溜り水を排水管から押し

た穴内に収容されたコンクリート製のピツトであ
り、このピツト1は上面の開口を鉄蓋2で覆われ
たものとなつている。又、このピツト1内には水
道管3、特に水圧調整のための減圧バルブが配設
されており、その水道管3の一次側にはシリンダ
ー4が連通されている。このシリンダー4は水道
管3の一次側と継がる細径の接続部4aと、その
接続部4aと連通し、ピツト1の底面と直交状態
となる太径の作業部4bとより構成されている。
この太径とされた作業部4b内には周面を作業部
4bの内面と当接状態とされた円板状のピストン
部材(ケレツプ)5が備えられており、このピス
トン部材5はその下面の略中央位置をスプリング
6で支承附勢されている。このスプリング6はそ
の下端を作業部4bより小さなサイズに形成さ
れ、一部を作業部4bの内面に固定された支持板
7に調整ボルト8を使用して固着されているもの
で、その張力は水道管3における一次側の平均的
